Liam's POV

I held her in my arms. Shouting at everyone around me. "Help me please" I cried. I never cry, I didn't cried when I heard about Sam's accident. I didn't cried when I heard about my mom's passing, or when my father left us for good.

But I don't know why, it feels like someone is constantly opening my chest ripping up my heart and stitching it up again and again. The agony and pain are unbearable. "She is loosing too much blood" I heard someone say. "The baby, she is pregnant." I heard another ER say.

"Foolish girl why you did that? Why you acted like a fool? Why can't you just have told me about this? I could have helped you." I said to no one. I looked at my blood soaked hands. It is her blood. My shirt was soaked with color crimson.

"Liam, hold yourself together, we are just minutes away from hospital. She will be alright" I heard Matt's voice say. Then only I realized I was in a car with Matthew.

"Matthew, I cannot lose her, I love her too much. Was it somehow god punishing me for hurting her?" I asked. "No, don't say like that. She will be alright, she will be fine. There is nothing that can happen to her. If I really have known Kiara, I have known that she is a fighter and she can overcome any odds. Anything. If she wants to she can." He slowly squeezed my shoulder. I saw the hospital. And I ran after her literally. "Liam slow down" Matthew said. "You will hurt yourself."

"I am here for my wife Kiara Rhodes, she was taken in moments ago" I asked the receptionist. "She had been prepped for the operation, please fill up the forms and sign here" She said giving me the consent form. I gone through the contents, it had given me the condition, a condition they call it.

"Liam are you alright?" I saw Ash asking me. "Do I look ok? When they want me to kill my wife or my little girl?" I asked. Ash looked at me with sympathy. "That is just a mandatory question I told them to save them both. Just sign it Liam, we cannot hold on for much longer" I looked at Ash.

Then I looked at the paper. And then I made my decision. "Forgive me baby" I thought signing the paper. "Here, you have got your consent form, please save them. I want you to save them." I said. Ash nodded taking the papers. I looked at his slumped form, he was shaken visibly. "Ashton" I called he turned around.

"You don't have to operate on her if it is hard" He surprisingly hugged me. "Liam, if I don't be in there and do everything that I can, then I might never ever able to forgive myself. So, even if is hard I have to go and Do it"

I nodded in understanding when he pulled back. I didn't saw Matthew anywhere. I don't know where he is. I saw the lights turned on, signalling that the operation had begun. I slumped down on the bench and started to count minutes.

I felt restless as the moment passed. I held my hands together and prayed. Prayed for my wife, for my child. I want to see them both healthy and alive. I want to see them happy.

The nurse came holding a little pink bundle in her arms. "Congratulations your wife given birth to a baby girl," She said. I looked at my daughter for the first time she looks beautiful, she is beautiful just like My Kiara.

"We will keep her in Neonatal ICU for some time until she is ready to breathe on her own." The nurse said as she left with my baby girl. I walked down the stairs and towards the cafeteria. There Matthew was sitting with a coffee cup. His head was slumped down. He looked up suddenly and his eyes met mine.

He gave me a half smile. He looked tired. "You should go home and rest" I said. "So, should you" he commented back and got back to his coffee. "Is there any news?" he asked. "Yes, I have a daughter now" He smiled at me, a genuine one. "Congratulations" He said. "Kia?" He asked. "Still no news" I said.
