Kiara's POV

Ash came in after knocking my cabin door. Now, I was the sole heir of my father's company, after all that happen I don't think I can ever look at the company or the house same way. I know my father hated me, but I never knew he hated me this much. I looked at him with a smile.

He smiled back. "You shouldn't be working at all for now, yet somehow I found you knee deep into work already."

I laughed at this. "I wonder how Liam didn't tied you to his bed to stop you from moving around" He asked. I laughed at little more at that. "He wanted to but happy wife, happy life right?" He nodded at that.

"Kia, I have a favor to ask you, it is about a little girl we found, she is four now almost two year younger than Michael. She is troubled. I know, you already have Samantha to look after and Liam and you wanted another child so can you adopt her? She is all alone"

"I think Liam would love to have another daughter. What is her name?" I asked. "We don't know, but we call her Sapphire. I think something bad must have happened to her. She don't talk much, poor child, she must be traumatized." Ash said and I nodded. "Don't worry from today she will be our daughter, just like Samantha is." I said.

It had been almost a month since the incident, I woke up on hospital bed missing my son's birthday, my daughter's birth and her all precious moments. How much Michael had grown. I brushed his hairs and he smiled at me. "Mom what are we going to do today?" He asked me. "We are going to meet your new sister" I said to him.

"Momma, you will love me the same after that right?" He asked me. "Yes, I will always love you Mike." I said. I kissed him on the head and we walked out of the door. Liam was waiting for us outside in his car. He looked tensed. But I don't blame him, having a six year old son and a new born daughter can be handful and now he is going to have another child on his hand, she is traumatized I can feel it.

"So, you are here for Sapphire?" we nodded. Liam nodded. As far as Michael knows, she was his long lost sister. We don't want children to know that she is adopted, so that Michael can treat her as a little sister. He was happy about Samantha so why not Sapphire?

"Go and meet your sister Mike" He left my hand and looked at the dark haired green eyed beauty. She is adorable. I am glad she is my daughter.

"Sapphire, he is your brother, say hi to him" The caretaker said. She didn't said word back. Michael looked at her analyzing her features. Then he sat down beside her in his little suit we dressed him into.

He signed hi to the girl and the little girl looked up at him. How he knew all these is beyond me. She still remained silent. He took the brush from the bed side table and started to brush her hairs.

I never seen him doing anything with utmost concentration. He not even makes his models with this much concentration. "What are you looking at?" Liam whispered into my ears. I blushed hard. Even when we are married almost one year, he still takes my breath away every time. He looked at me and then at Mike who was talking softly to Sapphire.

She was not responding to him but not rejecting his touch too. "They look cute together don't they?" Liam commented. I nodded. "Looks like my son will never ever let any harm come to his sister ever"

It had been few months since we gotten back into our normal routine. Though I saw there was a little change in Mike's personality. He was ahead of most kids in his age, so he was taking advance classes, but he also spends too much time with Sapphire. He is just six but he feeds her from his plate, no one can make her eat but somehow he can.
