Before filling the forms I want everyone to read the rules carefully and then proceed.

1. Eligibility (Main categories): Stories should have at least 3 chapters published excluding  prologue, character aesthetics.

2. Eligibility (Mini categories): The book should have at least 2 chapters published in total.

3. Categories: Each participant can nominate up to two books, with a maximum of three categories.
  
4. Nominations Period: Forms will be open for a month, after which finalists will be chosen.
  
5. Finalists Announcement: Finalists will be announced shortly after , when all the forms of the category gets filled.
  
6. Winners Selection: Winners will be determined based judging criteria specified by the host.
  
7. Prizes: Details about prizes will be announced in the next chapters .

8. Disqualification: Any form of cheating or manipulation of votes will result in immediate disqualification.
  
9. Password: The password is your favourite artist. Include this name when you submit your forms to confirm you've read the rules thoroughly!

10. You can't judge the category you have participated in.

11. Contact: For any queries or concerns,  judges can contact me through my instagram, pintrest or discord.

12. Be respectful and patient towards others, any hate speech against others won't be tolerated.

13. DON'T CHANGE THE TITLE AND COVER of your book while judging period if you do please inform me.

14. Only submit the book whose cover is made by you [ONLY APPLICABLE FOR BEST COVER CATEGORY]
