That night, Yeonjun had a dream so vivid and intense that he woke up at 5 a.m., drenched in sweat, gasping for breath, and, to his dismay, aroused. The dream had been unmistakably about Soobin, and there was no denying it now — Yeonjun had developed feelings for him. It was clear that he was drawn to Soobin in ways he hadn't fully acknowledged before.

Soobin was an enigma: charming yet infuriating, kind yet stubborn, intelligent and intriguing. These qualities, and many more, had captured Yeonjun's attention, and some of them were new to him. It wasn't just about finding a "good" person anymore; Yeonjun realized he craved something different. He wanted someone with a bit of an edge, a "bad boy" — and it seemed he needed that without even knowing it until now.

Feeling frustrated and restless, Yeonjun ran a hand through his tousled hair, his mind spinning with the implications of his dream. The early morning stillness was thick around him, but he needed to clear his head. He decided to head to the showers first, hoping a run in the cool dawn air might help him sort through his thoughts.

Yeonjun stepped into the bathroom, the cool tile floor sending a shiver through his bare feet. He turned on the shower, adjusting the water to the perfect temperature before stepping in. The hot water cascaded over him, and he stood there for a moment, letting the steam envelop him and wash away the remnants of his disturbing dream.

As he washed away the sweat and confusion, his thoughts kept drifting back to Soobin. The dream had been so vivid, so charged with emotion, that it left him unsettled. Despite his irritation at his own feelings, he couldn't help but replay moments with Soobin — the way he smirked, his deep voice, the times he'd been both infuriating and unexpectedly kind. Yeonjun had always tried to keep his feelings in check, but now he was questioning if he was fooling himself about his true desires.

Finished with his shower, Yeonjun dressed quickly in athletic wear and laced up his running shoes. The sky was still dark, a deep indigo with the first hints of dawn on the horizon. He needed to run, to clear his mind and perhaps gain some perspective.

The campus was eerily quiet, the usual bustle replaced by the calm of the early morning. As he jogged along the familiar paths, the rhythmic pounding of his feet against the ground provided a steady counterpoint to his racing thoughts. The crisp air filled his lungs, and with each stride, he felt a little more centered.

By the time he reached the edge of the campus, he began to feel a semblance of clarity. His emotions, still tumultuous, were now tempered by the physical exertion. The dream had stirred something in him, but perhaps it was time to face those feelings head-on rather than running from them.

Yeonjun slowed his pace, catching his breath as he walked back towards his dorm. The dawn light was beginning to filter through the trees, casting a gentle glow on the campus. He knew he couldn't ignore what he felt for Soobin any longer. Whatever the outcome, he'd need to confront his emotions, if only to understand them better.

Classes went by in a blur, the familiar rhythm of lectures and assignments offering little comfort. It wasn't until halfway through the day, while flipping through his calendar, that Yeonjun realized how quickly the term was winding down. The impending break loomed large in his mind, a mix of anticipation and anxiety brewing within him.

Lunchtime arrived, and Yeonjun met Kazzie at their usual spot in the campus café. The place was bustling with students enjoying their midday respite. Kazzie, always full of energy, was already seated with a stack of napkins and a large iced coffee.

"Finally! I was about to send out a search party," Kazzie teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "How's the day treating you?"

Yeonjun slid into the seat across from her. "Pretty normal, I guess. Just realized break is right around the corner. It feels like the term just started."
