Sumi and Genya were on their mission the master wanted to see Sumi's behavior in their mission, according to the kasagui crows reported that Sumi seem to despise other demons and protects the human citizens.
" Sumi!, Get back! This guy has a blood art!," Genya warned the demon girl.
Sumi glance to the demon and sprinted towards them and quickly beheaded them.
' It was so fast, I should be protecting Sumi not her protecting me,' He thought.
Genya then noticed Sumi had a rip on her kimono and haori, " Sumi, you have a rip maybe we should buy you a new one," He said.
Sumi whined and shake her head in disinterest, " Hmm,"
Genya forgot that Sumi had her muzzle her since they we were out of the estate.
' Her old clothes are barely hanging by it's nearly on it's last life, it is in desperate needs in replacing it,' Genya thought as he reported back to his crow.
" Sumi, we gotta go back the mission is done," Genya held Sumi's soft hand as they leave.
" Genya, Would you like to take Sumi out tomorrow? she might need new clothes, her kimono had some rips here and there," Gyomei said.
" That's what I told her, but she seem to be uninterest in it," Genya said as he sometimes see his little sister mending her own rip kimono or haori.

" I'll lend you some money so you may buy,"
" Himejima-san, you don't need to! I-I just need to save up and-"
Genya was then cut when the man patted on the boy's head.
" Please accept this, this is what I can do for you and your sister as your guardian and mentor," Gyomei said smiling like a gentle man he is.
Genya couldn't handle the happiness swell inside him as he sobs quietly, " T-Thank you," He mutter.

When I told my little sister that Himejima-san offered some of his salary to buy her a new kimono, Sumi insisted for me to return it back because she could just fix her clothes.
But my mentor insisted for us to use his money for her kimono and other necessities.
" Don't worry, Himejima-san made it clear to us that he willing gave us his money and not by forced," I said, looking for a clothing store.
' Though you didn't have to go through so much trouble for me Nii-chan it's bad enough that I'm a demon,' She thought.
" Sumi, you choose which one you want," I said.
Sumi gazes into the different shades of clothing, though most of them were off her liking but one caught her eyes.
" How about that?, Nii-chan," She pointed to a pastel blue and white with petals decorated on it.
" Good choice, we'll have that please," I said as the lady of the store nodded and held another thing in hand.
" This haori is goes well with the kimono, you may have it for free young slayer," She said as she handed over to me.
" Umm I should pay you for it as well, it would be rude of me to-,"
She silenced me, " Your work as a slayer already served as a payment to us here," She said and smiled warm fully at us.
I couldn't help but nodded and accepted the offer.
That night we went home with Sumi not only happy with her new clothing but we a newly found appreciation.
" Nii-chan! does it suit me?," She asked, twirling in her new clothing.
" Yea, like the prettiest princess ever!," I said and pick her up making her squeak and giggle happily.
Her haori paired so well with her kimono, the black yet petals Haori was very extravagant yet she deserves it.
