" oh?, Shinazugawa Sumi seem to be communicating yesterday?," The master of the ubuyashiki asked.

" Yes, it seems that her communicating skills didn't fade despite being a demon, though outside the estate she is still required to wear her muzzle," Gyomei said.

" hmm could this be a sign?," Kagaya asked, as the pillars were in question.

" a sign?," 

" that Sumi is slowly turning back into a human," Kagaya said.

The Pillars were in shock at the statement.

" Impossible!, then why do other demons can talk?!," Sanemi asked.

Lifting a finger to silence them, " As I recall Shinobu has injected Sumi with a drug that could help her turn back into a human correct?,"

Shinobu nodded, " though the drug was still in it's experimental stage, as such the drug was mixed with Kamado's sister's blood," She said.

" If this is a success, Sumi may be the first demon to be successfully transform back into a human," Kagaya said.

Sumi who was still with her brother at the stone pillar's estate training, although she seems to be bored.

" Nii-chan, could we visit Tanjiro-san and his sister? I'm boredd~!" Sumi whined and pouted towards her brother.

Genya can't help but chuckle at her silly tactics, " Tanjiro and his friends are still recovering, we would be bothering them if we visit them," Genya said as he patted the girl's head.

" hmp!," She crossed her arms over her chest and puff her cheeks.

' Goodness you never learn huh Sumi?,' Genya thought and place down the wooden sword to sat by his sister's side on the Engawa.

" Do you think Nemi hates us?," She asked.

Genya seem surprise of it, " Why would you say that?," He asked.

" He just looks scary when he was with the master and he seem to hate me," Sumi said sadly as trying to push back her tears.

Genya sighs and pull her to his embrace, " He doesn't hate us, he just have hard time in showing it," Although Genya sometimes doubt his brother's affection for them.

The two siblings were mush like bushes, unable to break apart.

" Moshi~, Genya-kun? are you home?," A familiar female voice called out from outside of the estate.

' It's Kocho-san, she must be here to check on Sumi,' He thought and went to greet the woman.

" Hello Genya-kun,"

" Kocho-san, please come in, I apologize Himejima-san isn't here as of the moment," The male said.

" Oh it's fine, is your sister here?,"

As a cue, Sumi's child-form body pop out of the corner.

Shinobu can't help but chuckle at the girl's tactics, reminding her of Kanao when she was at that age.

" How has she been Genya-kun?,"

" Well, the drug seem to be taking an effect, the other day she started eating human meals and had no bad effects on her," Genya said, brining his sister to his lap.

" Oh, that's great," Shinobu then a bento box.

" This is from someone very special to you two, I hope you will enjoy this," She said and gave it to Genya.

' I wonder what's in it?,' Sumi thought.

" Well I should be going now, I have patients to attend to," Shinobu said, " Take care you two," She said then patting their heads.

" Bye bye Kocho-san!," Sumi said.

Shinobu smiled gently as she first heard words come out of the demon girl's mouth.

' I'll definitely turn you back into a human, Sumi-chan,' She thought as she wave back to the siblings.

Genya opened the bento box as he and his sister was shock of what was inside.

There's only one person that has the most sweetest scent in the sweets, it can't be.

" I guess this is his way of affection huh?," Genya mutter as he watched his sister munch on the sweet.
