' Nii-chan has another mission again sadly I wasn't permitted to go with him since I have an appointment with Shinobu-san,' I thought.

I glance to my newly-bought haori and kimono and was beyond grateful for Himejima-san and Nii-chan for buying this for me.

Even though it wasn't necessary.

 Gyomei accompany Sumi to the butterfly estate for her appointment with Shinobu.

" Himejima-san, you didn't have to go with me I could have went here by myself," Sumi said to the tall man.

" mind I remind you Sumi, you are a demon and not all of the pillars trust you and we cannot risk with you getting killed or hurt," He said.

Sumi decided to not argue as they entered the estate met by Aoi.

" This way please," She said as they led them to Shinobu's office.

While walking to the Shinobu's office, Sumi got a glimpse of the unconscious wind pillar on the hospital bed.

' Did Nemi got injured?,' Sumi thought as they continue walking to Kocho's office.

Aoi knock on the office door, " Kocho-san, Himejima-san and the demon girl is here," She said.

" let them in, Aoi,"

Himejima and Sumi entered the office and Shinobu then begin to do her regular check ups on the girl.

" Has any strange signs happening, Himejima-san?," Kocho asked.

" Unfortunately there hasn't been Shinobu," The man said.

Shinobu hum in response as she went to her drawers to get a syringe and a empty vial.

" Himejima-san, do you mind if I take a vial of Sumi-chan's blood?," Shinobu asked.

Sumi's eyes then widened as soon as she saw the sharp object.

Shinobu then noticed it and comfort the younger girl.

" Don't worry, it won't hurt if it does it'll hurt just a teeny tiny bit," Shinobu said as she pats the girl's head.

Sumi then seem to relaxed and loses her tense posture.

Shinobu then place the needle on the girl's arm as little of her blood was taken and placed in a small vial.

" Well that should be it, I'll be studying more on your DNA and Nezuko-chan's blood and hope for a positive result," Shinobu said.

The two nodded as they were escorted out by Aoi.

" Himejima-san, do you mind If I stay here for a while?," Sumi asked.

" Oh? may I ask why,"

" I just have to check on something," Sumi mutter. Deep down she just wanted to check on her injured older brother.

" Hmm alright, however do not leave without Shinobu," He said and leave the butterfly estate.

Sumi waved him bye and wasted no time asking Aoi where the patients are.

" Down to the left, it's only Shinazugawa-san please be careful," Aoi said as she went back to the kitchen.

Sumi entered the patient's room and saw all of the bed's were empty except one.

She approached the bed and sat on a near by stool, she observed on her brother's current state.

' he has so many scars, it must have been when mom attacks us or when he became a newly demon slayer,' She thought.

For some reason, seeing him in this state makes her remember the time they had when they were still closed-siblings.

Now they were nothing but strangers.

' He's so relax but I can tell he's been into so much stress,' She thought as she felt the bed move slightly.

' maybe I should leave, Nemi made it very clear that he despise demons but,' She glance back at him.

' Maybe it's time for me to leave before he wakes up,' Sumi stood up from her stool and leave the room quietly.

Little did she know, someone was watching them the whole time.
