* she's been having nightmares she hasn't told her mom she has but it's getting worse

Tamara : nothing mom just tired that's all

* with Noah

* Noah went to the gym he grabbed some boxing gloves he punched the bag hard like it was travis face he was mad angry upset

George : mate clam down you're good at that tho
Noah *stopped : uh thanks
George : you ever want to try boxing
Noah : you asking me to join
George : yea what do you say
Noah : yea
George : let's get to it then sorry I'm George

George : nice to meet you

* they started the boxing class he punches stuff he kicked stuff as well

* they stopped and George gave Noah his number

* Noah took a shower and he got changed into a T-shirt and some joggers

Travis - good for staying away from him tomorrow talk to him and end things or your secret he out

* looks at the picture on his desk he grabs it it's a picture of him and his mom

Noah : mom I really want your help right now what would you do mom *hugs the picture
