"Tae Young! We should catch up! But before that, where should we eat?" Sun Hee asked happily.
"There's a restaurant a few blocks from here. My family and I eat there often," I replied cheerfully.

The restaurant had a dark yet comforting vibe. The sofas were covered in soft cotton, and the walls and furniture had a rich mahogany finish. The table setup was extraordinary.
"Whoa, this restaurant is fabulous, Tae Young! You say you eat here with your family often? Are you rich?!" Sun Hee exclaimed.
"Girl, first of all, I'm not rich. Second, I treat my parents to dinner here. We should order now," I explained.
"Excuse me, waiter! We're ready to order now," Sun Hee called out.
"Good evening to you both. I will be your waiter tonight. May I take your orders?" the waiter asked politely.

"These food options are still as fancy as ever. I think I'll get the Hokkaido Sashimi Grade Scallops for the pre-main, the Spain Iberico Pork Belly for the main, and ice cream for dessert."
"Great choice! How about you, madame?"
"I'll get the Pan Seared Tiger Prawns for the pre-main, the 150g Aus Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin for the main, and ice cream for dessert as well. That would be all, thank you!"
"Your food will be ready in 20–30 minutes. Until then, please enjoy our salads and soups."
"Tae Young, remember those awful classmates of ours from junior high? It's been nine years, but I still can't believe how they treated you," Sun Hee said.
"Yeah, I was just thinking about them the other night. I couldn't sleep, so I started swiping through old photos on my phone. It brought back all those bad memories," I replied.
"Oh no, did you come across those group photos?"
"I did. Looking at their faces made me nauseous. I recall how they constantly talked about me behind my back and made me feel insignificant. They overshadowed me at every opportunity."
"Those shitheads! I can't believe they blocked you first on social media after junior high. They really tried to make you the bad person, even online."
"Yeah, they did. But you know what? That's when I realized I had to do something to prove them wrong. I had to show them that I could change and become someone they'd be in awe of."
Sun Hee smiled and said, "And you did just that! Look at you now—a registered nurse with a fucking hot body. You've come so far, Tae. They'd be shoving their words down their throats if they saw you now."
"Thanks, girl. I knew I could always trust you," I said, smiling.
"And I've noticed that you're packing a little extra down there," she said with a quirky smile.
"Girl, what the fuck? I-BWAHAHAHA." I burst out laughing.
[Surrounding guests turn their heads.]
"Oops, what the heck, girl? Did you really notice that? I was trying to hide it so hard. I'm even wearing a jockstrap," I said, laying my head down in embarrassment.
"Still, it wasn't easy, but I'm proud of where I am today. It feels good to know I've accomplished so much despite their negativity," I said, smiling.
Sun Hee nodded and said, "You've always been strong, Tae Young. Those classmates may have tried to bring you down, but you rose above it all. They're not worth a second thought now."
"Thanks for always being there for me, Sun Hee. Your support means everything."
"Always, Tae. We've got each other's backs, no matter what," Sun Hee finished.
"Oh wait! Let's take a selfie!"

We proceeded to eat to our hearts content. Later that night, we went home because we had shifts tomorrow.
