Chapter 24 || Carmen's Gender Reveal, A Slumber Party & An Announcement

Today I was with Miguel, Carmen, Yaya, Robby, Tory and Sam at Daniel's house for Carmen's baby gender reveal. It was amazing to see that both Carmen and I are pregnant around the same time but I guess my pregnancy is a little farther than hers.

I was walking with Robby and Miguel holding Ariana as we walked to the kitchen seeing Tory help Sam with the flowers, we all smiled as it was still shocking to see them in the same room with no fighting, "I don't think I'm ever gonna get used to that."

"Better than trying to tear each others faces off," Robby says as we smile in agreement.

Amanda was at the fridge, "Anthony, get down here! That little shit ate every last cannoli."

I chucked a bit as I walked by giving her a side hug, it was funny seeing Amanda this frustrated but I would indeed hate to be on her bad side.

As we walked around Robby looked to us both, "so, have you guys talked about when the wedding will happen?"

I sucked in a breath through my teeth as I haven't spoken about it, "no we haven't."

"What? How come?" He asked.

"Well, it's just due to the fact that the tournament is around the corner and the whole she bang, it's kind of hard to talk about it when we are dealing with where to go with college and such," Miguel explains to him.

Robby nods, "no yeah, I get that."

As we all stand in the kitchen talking amongst ourselves while Yaya helps with Amanda and Carmen with all the food, I see Chozen walk up to Amanda with a tray of pastries, "I have rearranged pastries, tray is now balanced."

Then all of a sudden we all hear a loud crashing sound come from the other room, as we looked seeing Johnny walk out of the living room to the kitchen Carmen gasps as we see his shirt lightly covered in pink.

"The package came early," she says as she walks up to Johnny as we all smile.

"Guys it's a girl," he says feeling embarrassed that he had ruined the surprise for later.

I smiled big with Ariana in my arms as she clapped her hands, Miguel grabbed her from my arms and kissed her many times on the cheek causing her to giggle.

"I can't wait to meet her," Carmen chuckles, "and for her to meet her dad."

As they embraced, Robby walks up along with Yaya and Miguel as we were all happy, Amanda playfully hits Chozen but seemed a bit more aggressive as she was happy, "it's a girl!"

Then he grunts a bit as he touched the side that Amanda hit him, "ow."

"I'm a girl dad, and you're a brother," Johnny says happily as he gave a bro shake to Robby as they embraced.

I hug Carmen as we both are indeed happy carrying our beautiful babies together, which was odd but regardless we loved it, Miguel hugs Carmen with Ariana as Ariana clapped at Carmen touching her belly with her small little hands. Carmen put her hands on Ariana's small cheeks and gave her kisses, it was a great moment to have.

Amanda looks at Johnny, "where's Daniel?"

"Oh, yeah, uh—"

We all turn around to see Daniel enter the room all colored in pink from the box, we all gasp as we began to laugh seeing this, Johnny smiled, "I told him not to move."

Daniel chuckles a bit, "I'm too old for this shit."

We continued laughing, I couldn't help myself on feeling like I'm going to piss myself, as I held onto Miguel he looked at me, "you okay baby?"
