Chapter 6 || History Repeats

Diana and I were hanging out as I comfort her after Xander got arrested earlier this morning, this month was the All Valley Tournament, I was shaking and nervous for Miguel, both of us went to the All Valley place to watch the tournament.

As we sat down, Moon and Demetri were below us, I waved at them. Moon was indeed excited to see Hawk, she was cheering him on. Diana had got popcorn to snack on but knowing the rules you can't have snacks or anything, I took a few and told her to put it away.

"This blows, the rules here tells you that you can't have any snacks really blows, don't you think?" She says.

I chuckled, "I know, it really sucks because I'm starving! Want to go to a burger place after this?"

"Sure! Oh hey, isn't that Miguel's ex?" Diana says pointing.

I looked where she pointed and it was Sam, I have a feeling in my gut that's not going well, I took in a deep breath, "yeah, that's Sam."

"What is she doing here?" She asked.

"Her parents are the LaRusso's, they're the main entertainment for the auto shop," I told her, "it doesn't seem like she's here for Miguel."

She shrugged, "it may look that way, but we both know for sure this doesn't feel right."

I nodded, "I know, but we're here supporting Miguel and Cobra Kai."

As the announcer announced Cobra Kai, we all heard chanting coming from them, Miguel was the first to walk out and I clapped cheering him on. I saw Miguel's mom and his grandma, I waved at them and as I looked at Miguel, he saw me then his eyes went to Sam.

My smile faded away and I sighed, Diana turned to me, "hey, you okay?"

"Yeah it's just—"

"Hey if you want to go just say so, with a press of a button on my key I'll start the car," she says lighting up the mood.

I gave a soft chuckle and smiled, "it's just, if he talks to her I'm going to leave."

"Why? Kat, he's your baby daddy, he got out of a relationship with Sam. At least cut him a break," she says, "besides he's a really great boyfriend."

I sighed, "I don't know I—wait, is that Robby?"

I pointed as I saw him jogging out, with his hair back into a ponytail it was kinda hard to miss it, I let out a chuckle amazed at the difference in him. I never realized that he could look so different in many ways, I started clapping as Diana looked at me weirdly.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

I shot her a look, "cheering for my friend, as I should? Why?"

"Um, hello? We came here for Miguel?" She says.

I sighed, "right."

Then suddenly someone had tapped me on my shoulder and when I looked it was Xander, "Xander? What are you doing here! You were supposed to go to jail!"

"They released me," he says, "I was free of charges."

Diana and I looked at him confused as he was sat behind us in between us, "turns out that they were old charges and they let me go, I did end up signing up to get help with my condition."

"Which is?" Diana asked.

"Bi-polar depression," he says, "with me lashing out at Kat it only made sense on acting the way I did."

We both nodded and I smiled at him while putting my hand on his knee, "it's great to have you here, besides I missed you."

"I missed you too Kat," he says smiling holding my hand back.
