Demon Giyuu Tomioka

Chapter 2: Water Hashira Eliminated

The crow, Kanzaburo quickly flew all the way back to the demon slayer organization. Unable to hold back the tears and getting as quick as it can to report to the master.

Once it finally arrived, it was almost morning. Kanzaburo luckily found the leader, Kagaya Ubuyashiki awake and quickly went inside.

Kagaya noticed Kanzaburo so suddenly coming too early. But it not a suprise since crows usually do this for any fallen slayers.. but.. they are fallen slayers.. but the slayer that Kanzaburo was assigned to was a hashira.. not a normal slayer.

"What..?"

"Caw..! Giyuu's dead! dead!" Kanzaburo spoke. Making the Kagaya's eyes widden despite his blindness.

"Giyuu was fighting Muzan Kibutsuji!" Kanzaburo continued on, making Kagaya drop his jaw.

He sent Giyuu on a much dangerous situation.. he did not know he would encounter the demon king. And he went there all by himself..

"Thank you Kanzaburo.. You go and rest now alright?" Kagaya replied. Giving the crow a few pats before letting it go knowing how well attached the crow was to his previous assigned slayer who always took care of him.

"This is awful.." Kagaya was still speechless. He did not even get to bury Giyuu's body.

Kagaya informed the other crows to go tell to their assigned hashiras to rally up at the leader's mansion.

He took his time, he knows Giyuu did not try to get along very well with the other hashiras as he was the only one who understood Giyuu's pain. He will not expect sorrow from the other hashiras but it better to warn them that they must be very cautious to the missions they are assigned to in the future.

"Caw! Head to the headquarters! Head to the headquarters!" spoke the crow flying above.

"A call from master Ubuyashiki? Good luck then Shinobu." said the girl with blue butterfly pins. "It will be alright Aoi. Just look after the wounded while I'm gone alright?" Shinobu replied while she was heading out.

As she was passing by she was met with her other colleagues. "Good morning Shinobu!" 

"Morning Rengoku. Seems master called you too?" Shinobu asked.

"Yeah. It seems it important since it all of us hashiras are being called."

The hashiras continued walking together as they talk until they arrived. Seeing more hashiras waiting here and just chatting except.. one.

"Hello! You two made it" said the girl with green and pink hair quickly approaching Shinobu and Kyojurou.

"Morning, Mitsuri. How's everyone?" Rengoku greeted.

"We are all fine but have you two seen Tomioka on the way?" Mitsuri asked.

"Tomioka? Hes not here?" Rengoku asked.

"No.. He usually arrives before us.. it unnatural to me there." Mitsuri frowned.

"Maybe this time the bastard is slacking off." replied the hashira who is full of scars.

"That not true. Tomioka never dissapoints master Ubuyashiki. He wouldn't let him down." Shinobu replied.

"You did not need to be harsh about it Sanemi, I'm sure Giyuu knows his position." Rengoku spoke.

"Then why is his crow here but not Tomioka?" asked the hashira with a snake wrapped on him like a scarf.

"His crow?" Shinobu asked.
