"Have the voices started yet?"

In Seong's tongue flicked out – how'd he know?

In Seong grabbed the back of Hyun Soo's neck, slamming their lips together. He'd deal with the fact that the monster form of Hyun Soo knew. The monster must have known all about Hyun Soo and In Seong's feelings, he wouldn't have suggestion anything if he hadn't. In Seong was a little shocked as Hyun Soo took control. The last time they kissed, Hyun Soo was unsure of himself and the kiss. This Hyun Soo was overpowering In Seong, pushing him back.

In Seong's grip tightened on the knife as he plunged it into the monster's side. He knew Hyun Soo would heal. In Seong shoved the monster off him, huffing. He touched his lip, "I don't care for biting." In Seong ran the knuckle of his thumb across his bottom lip, making sure he was bleeding.

He didn't need to bleed now.

In Seong looked towards Hyun Soo before looking down at the knife. Blood dripped from the blade to the floor next to In Seong's foot. The only reason he stabbed Hyun Soo was to wake him up – no matter how hot In Seong thought the monster version of Hyun Soo was, he wanted his Hyun Soo back. He wanted to see Hyun Soo's brown eyes.

In Seong stood his ground, allowing the drips to puddle by his shoe. He didn't care if it splattered onto them. In Seong stared at Hyun Soo as he lifted his head – those blue eyes shined with black veins under his eyes. In Seong kneel in front of Hyun Soo. "Hyun Soo." he called out. Slowly, the veins and blue eyes disappeared. In Seong cracked a smile, wiping the blade against his jeans. "There are those puppy-dog eyes I've fallen for." In Seong commented. "Sorry for stabbing you, it was the only way I knew how to break you out of your monstruous state."

"It wasn't necessary."

"You'll heal." It was good to know that Hyun Soo could be brought back with pain – In Seong wouldn't make it a habit, but it was good to know.

Just in case.

Jin Hee sobbed next to Mr. Kang; she hugged his jacket around herself. She just kept repeating "I'm so sorry" over and over and over and over again, trying to get the point across that she was terribly sorry that he got caught up in this. She didn't want anything like this to happen to him or Sergeant Kim – she wanted to say something earlier, but she couldn't. Ja Yeong held her hand too tightly that Jin Hee was worried that she'd be Ja Yeong's next target.

Seok Chan panted next to Jin Hee, trying to catch his breath, trying to get his strength up. Jin Hee's sobs broke him, she didn't want to be the thing that she was. Jin Hee was forced, just like a lot of them, she just happened to survive unlike other test subjects. All Jin Hee wanted to do was see her brother again.
