On another planet, far from Earth, was a planet called Vegeta. There was a race who were warriors, called Saiyans. Right now, they were partying, celebrating the birth of a new saiyan.

"Kakarot." Bardock, one of the best generals, smiles down at his son. "Oh Bardock," Says Gine, the wife of Bardock, "he's so beautiful."

Raditz, the older brother of Kakarot, frowned. "He's kinda ugly." Gine gasped, "Raditz! Don't you dare say that about your brother!" Raditz shrugged.

Kakarot began to open his eyes slowly. "Bardock! He's opening his eyes!" Gine says, running to the crib. Bardock walks over, and puts his hand on his wife's shoulder.

Kakarot smiled, and sucked on his thumb.

"Wow," Says Fasha, a warrior who works alongside Bardock, "What a nice kid. Look, he's got your hair. Definitely yours." She snickers. "Oh for sure," Says Tora, another warrior who works alongside Bardock.

Bardock rolled his eyes, "Thanks for pointing out the obvious." Gine only giggled.

Raditz continued to look down at Kakarot, "Hmm, can't believe I have a little brother." Vegeta IV, the prince of all saiyans, huffed, "I can't either."

King Vegeta III, the king of all saiyans and the father of Vegeta IV, walked in, giving a nod to Bardock and Gine. "Good day General Bardock and Ms Gine. I just came to see the kid, that's all."

"Oh please, we aren't stopping you. Go ahead." Gine and Bardock moved away from the crib, letting King Vegeta get a look at the baby. "Hm, nice kid."

Gine smiled, "Thank you! He sure is a–" "I have a little something for him. Burga, bring him out!" King Vegeta shouts.

"Y-Yes sir!" Burga runs out of the room to get what was asked. Gine and Bardock look at each other with confusion.

Burga came back in with a young yellow pegasus. King Vegeta smiled, "A young warrior should have a pegasus, yes? I think your son has potential, Bardock."

Raditz watched and crossed his arms, "No fair, I wasn't given some horse for when I was born." He was a little envious that his little brother was getting more than him.

"A pegasus?" Bardock raised his brows, watching as the pegasus flew over to Kakarot. Kakarot was confused by the newcomer, but he seemed to like him.

"Yep, his name is Nimbus." King Vegeta says. Gine watches as her new son is playing with the pegasus, "Oh King Vegeta, we–we can't accept this.."

"But you must," King Vegeta insisted, "I believe he truly needs it." "Look at him, getting gifts from the King already!" Tora laughed. Gine bit her lip, and nodded, "Well, thank you." She bowed, and nudged Bardock's shoulder.

He got the memo and bowed as well.

Raditz huffed, and rolled his eyes. Vegeta didn't say anything, but was also a bit surprised with his father.

King Vegeta nodded at the two, before walking out, Burga following behind.

Gine looked up, and back at Kakarot. He was still playing with the pegasus. She smiled, and headed back over to the crib. Bardock followed behind.

Gine picked him up, and rubbed her nose against his, "Oh Kakarot, you are such a gift." "What about me, mom?" Raditz huffed once more.

"Raditz, you're still a gift to me and your father. We will forever thank the lord for you." Gine hugged him, making Raditz crack a smile.

Bardock smiled, and crossed his arms. He was pleased to see his family happy and okay.

"Come Bardock," Gine held the Kakarot in front of him, "hold him!" "Hold him? Gine, I don't hold babies and you know that." Bardock kept his arms crossed, moving his face to the side.
