Uraraka practiced in the training room, with another student that she convinced by promising that they wouldn't be going at the pace that the two of you trained in. The thing was, they did seem like they wanted to at least try it out for themselves.
Your worst fear came to pass, and you did end up being called away to talk about what happened last night, as soon as you woke up.
A couple hours later, you shambled into the room, with Gunhead right behind you. You were still very tired, and you decided to lean against the wall for a bit to gather yourself.

Uraraka didn't even notice you were there for a while, she just kept on going through the motions. She put her training partner in a headlock, and picked them right up before setting them back down, an unusual takedown. She continued to hold their head in her arms, until she looked back up to notice you next to the door.

"L/N!" She said, letting her partner go.

"Oh thank God....." They let out before scrambling away.

Your face, still tired, perked up immediately upon being noticed by Uraraka. You began to walk over to her, but she was already in front of you by the time you got up from the wall.

"Are you feeling any better, L/N? You still look pretty tired to me....."

"Well yeah, I was feeling better when I woke up. But having to talk about what happened yesterday for..... two hours was like a punch in the gut. Do you want to get started then?"

"Huh? Are you sure you're okay to even be thinking about training? I don't think you can do too much with how your shoulder is right now. You shouldn't push yourself."

She sounded worried, but you were really adamant about wanting to practice, and you made sure she understood that.

"I'll be fine! I can be careful enough to make sure I stay that way! If there's anything to remember about me, it's that I'm really careful."

She seemed to accept your answer, and even agreed with it by nodding.
Sure enough, you two began your signature quick and intense training, although it was noticeably slower than usual, but still unreal enough for the other students to look on in terror.

You tried as best you could to prevent yourself from accidentally using your right arm the entire time. The nurse at Gunhead's school was an actual nurse, he didn't really have a specialized quirk for healing, since no one expected a situation like yours to occur.
There were a few, and only a few, as Uraraka was no pushover by any means, where you felt you could have at least got the edge on her, but you couldn't use your right arm. This also restricted Uraraka's offense as well, since she didn't want to hurt you. This left the two of you with only your left arm to work with.

You stopped suddenly, an idea popped into your head right then and there.

"Uraraka, why don't we start using our quirks?"

"Oh! That's a good idea! Gunhead seems to think that our quirks will work really well with his martial arts techniques, we should put it to the test!"

She sounded really excited, but that was replaced by worry again.

"L/N, can you even do that either? The reason you were so tired yesterday was because of using your quirk, you know."

You put your hand over your cheek, the one that was bandaged after being cut yesterday. It made you look like you were thinking, but you were just being dramatic.
