"Thank you so much Mr.Horner!", I say.
This is it. My dream is coming true. Being able to race for Red Bull has always been my goal ever since I first stepped into that go kart as a kid. Now, I'm finally achieving it and I can prove to others that this isn't just some silly dream.
"Quick question Mr. Horner...am I allowed to know who my partner is going to be?", I asked nervously. Then, I hear her name. Sarah Alvarado.
"Thank you, sir. I'll see you in the winter...take care, bye", I say with a smile on my face.
Just when I thought I was on cloud 9, I hear that Sarah Alvarado will be my partner and that puts me up to cloud 20. Sarah Alvarado is a great racer and she is absolutely gorgeous. Knowing that I will be spending the next few years with her makes me so happy.
Okay, I admit it. I stalk her social media but what kind of person who has a crush doesn't? Every time she post, it's always about racing, which I get it but it doesn't help me out. She's very private about her personal life and I like that. I just wish she doesn't have a boyfriend.
We move to Milton Keynes in six months and I need to keep my seat so these next few months will just be me concentrating on racing. And seeing her will almost be like a reward. I just hope she likes me.
