"Huy beh, kanina ka pa tulala d'yan. ano ba iniisip mo?" panggugulat sa'kin ni Liz nang mapansin kong ilang minuto na pala ako tulala at nakaupo sa sofa n'ya.
i'm currently on Liz's apartment since inaya nya ako mag dinner dito sa kaniya. Nasanay na rin akong ganito since may hilig rin si Liz sa pagluluto at hindi nya naman nauubos yung niluluto nya nang sya lang mag-isa.
"Ah. wala naman" malamig kong sagot sa kaniya.
Tumayo na ako at tinulungan syang maghain ng kakainin naming dalawa. Hindi naman laging kaming dalawa lang ang kumakain, madalas ay kasama namin ang buong tropa pero hindi sila available ngayon at ako lang ang walang ginagawa.
"I caught you nung isang linggo" bilang sambit sa'kin ni Liz habang kumakain kami.
Hindi ko yun pinansin at nagpatuloy lang sa pagkain. Wala naman akong ginawa nung isang linggo. Uminom lang naman kami and wala akong ginawang mali.
"Do you like Kai?" biglang tanong sa'kin ni Liz na ikinasamid ko.
Naubo ako at dali-dali kong kinuha ang basong may tubig sa harap ko para uminom.
"Bakit mo naman natanong yan?!" tanong ko sa kaniya na naging sanhi ng pagtawa nya.
"Eh kasi, you kept staring at him habang umiinom tayo and ngayon lang kita nakitang ganun sa haba ng pagsasama natin" sagot nya habang patuloy na tumatawa.
Hindi ko na sinagot ang tanong nya at nagpatuloy nalang sa pagkain. Hindi na rin naman nya ako kinulit na sagutin yun at nagpatuloy nalang rin sa pagkain. Hindi ko naman gusto si Kai at isa pa never akong nagkagusto sa kapwa ko lalaki.
While we are eating my phone suddenly vibrates, may nagmessage ata sa'kin. I excused myself and stood up para tignan kung ano yun. I opened my phone and nagulat ako kung kanino galing ang message.
Kairo: Where are you?
His massage made my heart beats faster and i don't know why. Nagulat rin ako sa itinanong nya sa akin.
Vier: Nasa apartment ni Liz, why?
I casually replied.
Kairo: I thought you'd come over, I waited
His message made me shock and i remembered what he said last night. Nangako pala akong babalik ako sa condo nya.
Vier: OMG, sorry. Wait I'm on my way.
Dali-dali akong nagpaalam kay Liz at buti nalang tapos na rin kaming kumain ng mga pagkakataong iyon. Kinuha ko agad ang jacket ko at tumakbo palabas. I don't know why i'm being like this but it feels like i need to hurry up when it comes to him.
Pagkarating ko sa building nila ay sumakay agad ako sa elevator para pumunta sa floor kung saan sya naka-locate. Sa sobrang pagmamadali ko ay hindi ko na napansing may nabunggo na ako pagkalabas ko ng elevator at kaniya naman akong nasalo kaagad.
I looked up and saw a guy wearing a black compression shirt and black shorts with his glasses on, Kai? I immediately stood up and looked at him. He raised his brows like he was asking me something,
"Why are you here already? I messaged you that I'd pick you up" Tanong nya sa'kin.
"Ah. sorry, hindi ko nabasa nagmamadali na kasi ako" sagot ko.
"Come, the food is waiting," he said.
"Hala, kumain na ako" I answered.
"Did I say dinner? I bought pizza so come" He stated.
Dali-dali akong sumunod sa kaniya. I still don't know why is he being like this pero ayoko namang maging kj towards him kaya sumusunod nalang ako sa kaniya.
As I entered his condo a musky scent welcomed me that made me cough. It made Kai look in my direction because of what happened.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Ah, ano kasi, hindi ko gaanong gusto yung amoy rito. Masyado lang akong natatapangan." sambit ko.
"Oh, sorry," he said.
"don't worry, it's fine" I replied.
I walked towards the window and stared at the city. Nothing new, still busy and beautiful and I still love how the lights of the building and cars that are moving. I sat at the floor and just stared at it while still holding my jacket.
While staring at the scenery that the city was making a pizza suddenly blocked it. Tumingin ako sa lalaking may hawak nun at tinanggap yun. He sat beside me and looked at the window. Ngayon ko lang napansin na may tumutugtog pala sa TV na sya ata ang nag set.

"Vier" I heard a whisper from Kai.
"Why?" I replied.
"is it okay to be yours? " He whispered.
My heart stars beating fast at maraming tanong ang biglang tumama sa isip ko at bigla akong natulala sa sinabi nya.
"huh?" I curiously looked at him.
"nothing" He suddenly answered.

We just continued on eating and staring at the window, admiring every side of it. This scene is busy yet it made me feel alive and ready for another day.
As the song goes by with this scene, I closed my eyes and feel this scene. Oo, may pasok pa bukas and late na rin pero I love where I'm at. I want this to be my safe place sometimes pero nakakahiya naman gawin yun since hindi ko to condo at kakakilala ko palang kay Kai.
"Can you go here every night and watch this scene with me?" I heard a voice that came from the guy beside me.
"Can I?" I asked.

He faced me and gestured his hand on my cheeks that made my body heat. I looked at his and stared at his eyes. He looks so handsome with his masculine features and I like how his eyes became focus that gave butterflies in my stomach.
He leaned closer and he reached my lips. It made me shock that I almost fell but he caught me and hold my waist. His kiss was passionate and with love that made me answer his kisses. I slowly travelled my arms around his neck and he suddenly deepen our kiss.
It's not a make out yet it feels weird on the way our lips touched, it feels good and it feels like wanting more of it.
We stopped when I opened my eyes and realize what happened. It feels weird yet good but why? how? why did he kiss me?
I stared at the window while asking those things in my mind. We got back on our old position and i feel him staring at me. I closed my eyes and stared at him back.
