Days passed after the painful encounter with Kuhu, but Suhana couldn't shake off the emotional turmoil. Each morning brought a new wave of anxiety, and she found it increasingly difficult to concentrate on her studies or even basic daily tasks. Her chest felt tight, constricted by a heaviness that seemed to settle in her heart.

One evening, as she struggled to finish her homework, the pain in her chest intensified. It felt like a heavy weight pressing down on her, making it hard to breathe. Suhana clutched her chest, tears welling up in her eyes. She knew she couldn't ignore it any longer.

"Bhai," she called out weakly, her voice trembling. Within moments, her elder brother rushed into her room, concern etched across his face.

"Suhana, what's wrong?" Sidharth asked urgently, kneeling beside her.

Suhana struggled to speak through the pain. "I... I don't feel well, Bhai. My chest... it hurts so much."

Sidharth's eyes widened with worry. "Okay, let's get you to the hospital," he said firmly, helping her to stand. He guided her gently out of the room and into the car, driving swiftly to the nearest emergency room.

At the hospital, Suhana was quickly taken in for examination. Sidharth stayed by her side, holding her hand tightly as they waited for the doctors' assessment. Suhana felt a mixture of fear and relief to be in his reassuring presence.

After a thorough examination and some tests, the doctor finally came back with the results. "Suhana, you seem to be experiencing severe anxiety and stress," the doctor explained kindly. "This can often manifest physically as chest pain and difficulty breathing."

Suhana nodded weakly, tears streaming down her cheeks. "But... why is it so bad, doctor?" she managed to ask.

The doctor exchanged a glance with Sidharth before answering. "Sometimes, emotional distress can exacerbate physical symptoms, especially if you're already prone to anxiety. It's important to address both the physical and emotional aspects of your health."

Sidharth squeezed Suhana's hand reassuringly. "We're here for you, Suhana. You're going to be okay."

With the doctor's guidance, Suhana received treatment to alleviate her symptoms and was referred to a counselor for further support with her anxiety. Sidharth stayed by her side throughout, offering words of comfort and encouragement.

As they drove home from the hospital later that night, Suhana leaned her head against the window, feeling drained but relieved. "Thank you, Bhaiya," she murmured softly. "I don't know what I would do without you."

Sidharth glanced at her with a gentle smile. "You don't have to do anything alone, Suhana. We're family, and we take care of each other."

The news hit Suhana and Sidharth like a thunderclap on a clear day. Suhana's heart, already burdened with emotional distress, now had a physical ailment: a hole since birth that required surgical intervention.

The doctor explained the condition in detail, using medical terms that sounded like a foreign language to Suhana. Sidharth listened attentively, his brows furrowed in concern. "Doctor, what are the risks of the surgery?" he asked, his voice steady despite the worry etched on his face.

The doctor nodded empathetically. "The surgery to repair the hole in Suhana's heart is relatively routine, but as with any procedure, there are risks involved. However, it's crucial to address this now to prevent any further complications in the future."

Suhana sat quietly, absorbing the information with a mix of fear and resignation. The reality of her condition weighed heavily on her, yet she found solace in Sidharth's presence beside her. "What do we need to do next, doctor?" Sidharth asked, his voice betraying his concern for his younger sister.
