A few months had passed, and the air was filled with excitement as the day Suhana had always dreamed of finally arrived. It was her wedding day, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Sunlight streamed through the tall stained glass windows of the church, casting vibrant colors across the pews where friends and family sat in eager anticipation. The soft melody of the organ filled the air, adding to the serene beauty of the moment.

Suhana had always imagined her wedding in a church, and today, that dream was becoming a reality. She stood at the entrance, her heart racing with nervous excitement. Her gown, a flowing white masterpiece with delicate lace, shimmered in the light. Her veil, sheer and ethereal, framed her face, while a small bouquet of white roses rested in her trembling hands.

Jhanvi stood beside her, adjusting her veil one last time. “You look breathtaking, Suhana,” she whispered with a smile, her eyes glistening with emotion. “Veer is one lucky man.”

Suhana blushed, her heart swelling with love for both her brother Sid and her soon-to-be husband. "Thank you, bhabhi. I can’t believe this is actually happening."

Jhanvi squeezed her hand gently. “It’s everything you’ve ever wanted, and you deserve it all. Now go, before Veer starts thinking you’ve changed your mind.”

Suhana let out a nervous laugh, her gaze shifting toward the altar where Veer stood, looking handsome in his crisp black suit. His eyes were fixed on her, filled with a love so deep it made her heart skip a beat.

The music changed, signaling the moment she had been waiting for. Suhana took a deep breath as Sid stepped forward, offering his arm. “Ready, little sister?” he asked, his voice low and filled with pride.

“More than ever,” she replied, smiling at him. Together, they began the slow walk down the aisle, each step bringing her closer to the man she loved.

As they reached the altar, Sid gently placed Suhana’s hand in Veer’s, his eyes meeting Veer’s with a silent message of trust. Veer nodded, his expression serious as he took Suhana’s hand, pulling her gently toward him.

The ceremony began, each word a promise, each vow a declaration of their love and commitment. Suhana’s heart swelled as she looked into Veer’s eyes, knowing this was where she was meant to be. The pastor’s voice echoed through the church as he asked the question that would bind them together forever.

“Do you, Veer, take Suhana to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?”

Veer’s eyes softened as he gazed at Suhana. “I do,” he said, his voice steady and full of emotion.

“And do you, Suhana, take Veer to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?”

Tears filled Suhana’s eyes as she smiled up at Veer. “I do.”

The pastor smiled warmly as he continued, “By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.”

Veer leaned in, cupping Suhana’s face in his hands as he kissed her softly, the church erupting into applause and cheers. Suhana felt a sense of completion, like every piece of her life had fallen perfectly into place.

As they turned to face their loved ones, the world outside the church seemed brighter, more beautiful. Flowers were tossed in the air, laughter filled the air, and in that moment, Suhana knew that this was the beginning of a new chapter, one filled with love, hope, and endless possibilities.

Sid, Jhanvi, and little Jahaan were the first to rush forward, embracing Suhana and Veer with joy. Sid, eyes twinkling with pride, couldn’t resist a joke. “Veer, take good care of my sister, or you’ll have me to answer to.”

Veer laughed, pulling Suhana close. “I wouldn’t dream of it, Sid bro.”

Suhana smiled, feeling the warmth of her family surrounding her, knowing that wherever life took them next, they would face it together—with love at the center of it all.

As they left the church, hand in hand, Suhana whispered to Veer, “This is everything I ever wanted.”

Veer squeezed her hand gently, his eyes filled with love. “And more. This is just the beginning, Suhana. Our forever starts today.”

With that, they stepped into the sunlight, ready to embrace their future together, surrounded by love, laughter, and the family who had always been their greatest strength.
