                                                                                          Walk on Water

"Morning." Derek said, as he and Juliette walk into the elevator that Addison and Richard are in. "What's different?"

"Nothing." Richard replied.

"Leave him be." Addison said.

"What happened to your hair?" Derek asked, making Juliette look more closely at Richards hair.

"Nothing." Richard tells him as the elevator doors open.

"You dyed your hair." Juliette stated.

"What happened to your hair?" Burke asked, standing behind the chief.

 "Leave him be." Addison said.

"You dyed it." Mark said, standing by Juliette.

"Thats what I said." Juliette tells him.

"But why?" Derek questioned, also getting hit by Addison. "Ow!"

"Leave him be." Addison tells him.

"What are you doing?" Derek asked. "What?"

"Ok, but why?" Burke questioned.

"Men who have gray hair are noticed less than men who don't." Richard tells them.

"By who?" Derek asked.

"Well..." Richard starts.

"By the ladies..." Burke said, causing Juliette and Mark laugh.

"Looks good Chief." Derek tells him.

"Ladies will love it." Burke tells him.

"Very natural." Juliette spoke, getting pushed by Addison.

"He is alone, all alone. Do any of you even know what that's like?" Addison asked them. "Lives with Cristina" pointing at Burke. "Dates the perfect 12-year-old" Pointing at Derek. "Man whore!" Pointing at mark. "Perfect intern who everyone likes and is nice to everyone." Pointing at Juliette. "His wife left him, after 25 years of marriage. So if the man wants to dye his hair for the ladies leave him be. Leave him be."

"That is true that I'm everyone's favorite intern." Juliette said, as Derek mouths ok to Addison.

"That is the truth." Mark whispered to Juliette, getting a smile out of her.

"What?" Meredith asked Cristina as they get ready in the locker room.

"Nothing." Cristina replied.

 "What?" Juliette asked this time.

"Ok, cranky. Forget it." Cristina said to them.

"Am I the only one that thinks this triage test is a waste of time?" Alex asked them. "There's a patistoplasty on the board. I had Sloan all prepped to let me scrub in."

"No I think it's also a waste of time when I have other things to do." Juliette replied.

"Seriously is it too much to ask to be performing actual surgeries? We are actual surgeons." Alex said, as they stand in the clinic.

"What?" Meredith asked Cristina as she was smiling still.
