Drowning on Dry Land

Juliette was still with Vince and his friends trying to figure something out. Juliette was taken out of her thoughts when Vince spoke.

"You're supposed to put something in his mouth so he can't bite his tongue. Aren't ya?" Vince asked, looking at Juliette.

"Nobody's putting anything in his mouth. We just have to just him ride it out." Juliette said as he seized.

"What are you gonna do?" Vince questioned. "You can't just let him die."

"They're gonna come soon, in a little while, and they'll get him out." Juliette tells him.

"You said we don't get much time." Vince said. Before Juliette spoke Greg started to speak.

"What if they don't get him out from there before he..." Greg started.

"I don't know. I don't know, ok? I don't know." Juliette said, starting to freak out.

"Please, you can't quit on us now. You just...you just gotta try something else." Vince tells her.

"I'm out of practice. I've been watching. For weeks, I've just been watching. And I...I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Juliette told them.

"You stopped the bleeding, that was good. Come on please. I...I know this guy. I believe in him. I believe he can make it. You gotta believe in it too. You gotta believe you can do this, please. Don't stop now." Vince spoke.

"Who's got a cell phone?" Juliette asked, all three hand Juliette their phone.

"Chief Webber." Richard replied, answering a phone call.

"Oh, chief," Juliette replied, relief that he had answered. "I gotta guy here and we can't extricate him..."

"I'm at the dock. I've got a patient with a depressed skull fracture and probably an inter-cranial bleed." Juliette tells Richard.

"Is he showing signs of increased pressure?" Richard asked her.

"Yes, his left pupil is blown, he's gone limp, he's seizing and now his right pupil is dilating." Juliette replied. Still freaking out.

"He could be herniating. What's your ETA to the hospital." Richard spoke, as he walked to the hallway.

"That's what I'm saying, we can't get him out. He's stuck under a car and we can't get him out." Juliette tells him.

"Ok, first you've got to stay calm." Richard tells her.

"I can't stay calm. Calm was over minutes ago, calm is gone, calm is an impossibility. I've got his best friends here and I can't let him die. So, please just tell me what I need to do." Juliette said, freaking out more and more.

"You need to do some burr holes." Richard spoke.

"Wait what?" Juliette asked walking away from the guys. "Burr holes? I can't do burr holes out here."

"Do you want to save his life, Stark?" Richard asked.

"Of course I do." Juliette said.

"All right, I need a minute to check something out in the book and then I'll talk you through it." Richard replied.

"You're looking it up in a book?" Juliette asked, somewhat shocked.

"I'm not a neurosurgeon, Juliette. And I want to make sure we get this right." Richard said, then spoke loudly to people around him.  "Somebody find me a copy of Boardman's Neurosurgery.
