Episode 74:
The day is Wednesday April 19 1967.
Marvin and Elouise sit on a bench in a park, talking to each other about things Marvin wishes to address.
Marvin brings up how he's aware of Elouise's plans (Marvin is referring to how Elouise wanted to orchestrate a proposal since she watched his father hand him a ring during Todd's dinner party. Refer back to episode 61, details in between lines 79 and 80, and episode 19, line 16, etc).
Elouise struggles to contain her composure, cracking under pressure from Marvin putting her on the spot.
She tries to play off his speculations.
She forces a fake smile.
Elouise
Line 1) What do you mean by "you knew what I was trying to do"?
Marvin responds in a confident manner, without any hesitations.
Marvin
Line 2) There's no need to act oblivious to the situation.
Marvin
Line 3) I know everything.
Elouise's face goes blank.
She looks at Marvin dumbfounded, struggling to talk back to him.
Marvin
Line 4) For a while, I was furious with you.
Marvin
Line 5) After I took some time to process it, I was able to calm myself down.
Marvin
Line 6) Either way, I hope you understand why what you were trying to do to me was cruel.
Elouise gasps from Marvin's confrontation.
Marvin
Line 7) Although I think I deserve an apology from you, I'll just let this slide.
