Logan and Steve left the room and excited the compound as fast as they could, Logan was happy to breath the fresh air, feeling Adrianna trying to sneak her way into his head again brought back some of the things she made him do and it didn't feel good, Steve understood as much as he can but figured changing the subject would do him better then letting him over think things.
Steve: You want some company?
Logan let out a deep exhale while standing back up right looking to the Captain, he appreciated Steve being here, if he wasn't, who knows what would have happened, maybe she let him go, maybe he broke free on his own, either way, it was just so easy for her to gain power over him that Steve can understand why he's so scared of her.
Logan: No thanks Cap. I got to do this on my own.
Steve nodded to him as he slipped his mask back over his head, he has no doubt that he'll find Gwen safe and sound, even with the Police trying to get to him, Nick's tried his best to get them off his back but even he can only do so much with his power, besides, he has bigger things to worry about then keeping Logan out of handcuffs.
Steve: You need anything, just call. Someone will turn up.
Logan turned to Steve who smiled at him, it was nice to know he has friends that are willing to help, with Fisk building this new Task Force and nearly everyone in New York taking what Jameson says as news, it feels like everyone's out to get him, so knowing that the Avengers are still here for him is all he needed.
Steve: Take care kid.
Logan and Steve shared a fist bump before he took off using the Trees to carry him back towards the City, heading for where Adrianna told him to go to, he never thought he'd ever willingly do anything she said to him but here he is, landing inside the abandoned subway station on 5th, It's dark, not much light so he pressed the side of his mask turning on the nightvision, working with S.H.I.E.L.D has its perks.
Spider-Man: Gwen!?
He's hoping she'll just step out from hiding, he can apologize over and over again then they can go home but that's not what happened, so he walked deeper and deeper into the subway station, there wasn't anything here, just the only rundown chairs, timetables and even a broken train cart, it's not even the one that moves the train, it's just a passenger cart.
Spider-Man: Where are you!?
A soon as he asked himself that, a loud crash came from nearby, he didn't know what it was so he spun quickly expecting a fight but instead, all he saw was a closed door with a small light coming from underneath, he turned off his vision to see if it's just his mask bugging out but it was there too, so he jumped over the tracks, not knowing if there's still power going through these lines or not, then walked to the door, pushing it slightly and looking down the hallway.
Spider-Man: Creepy corridor with a light at the end. I swear if I get jump scared...
Logan walked down towards the end, his night vision turned off because the light coming from down there is pretty bright, it's making his eyes squint without the night vision so it would probably make him blind with it, as Logan got closer and closer, he could hear things going on, like someone moving things around, paper shifting, all kinds of stuff, so Logan jumped onto the ceiling and crawled his way into the room, seeing an entire lab hidden underneath the City.
Miles: Hmm...
Logan found the professor but there's one pretty big problem, there's no Gwen here, at least he can't see her, he's not sure what the Professor is doing here but there's incubator in the center of the room, consoles surrounding it while Warren looked into a Microscope, Logan's not sure what he's doing but this is the perfect time to find out.
