YVON's POV:
"Where are you going?" tanong sakin ni Ate Ysabel nung mapansin niyang pababa ako ng hagdan
"Aren't you going to that party?" nagtatakang tanong ko naman sa kanya habang naka upo siya dun sa sofa sa may living room
"I'm still not feeling well" sagot naman niya at nung makalapit ako sa kanya dun ko lang napansin na naka pajama pa rin pala siya
"Do you still have fever?" tanong ko sa kanya tsaka ko siya hinawakan sa may noo niya
"I don't have fever anymore, but I still feel lethargy" sagot naman niya
She hasn't attended school for three days due to fever.
"So you will not come?" tanong ko ulit sa kanya
"To be honest, I'm lazy to go but Jessica wanted be so badly to attend that party" sagot niya na siya namang ikinagulat ko
"You too?" di makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kanya
"What do you mean, me too?" nagtatakang tanong niya sakin
"Jessica called me the other day, and she's the one who asked me to go to that party" sagot ko naman sa kanya
Although I enjoy attending parties, I can't say that I particularly want to go to that one that Lou is throwing. Even Andrey was begging me to go as soon as she saw the post on the student platform, but I refused since I wasn't in the mood to party at the time.
However, Jessica called me out of the blue and begged me to go, so here I am, attending the party.
"I've heard Lou and Russell organized that party" sabi niya ulit kaya tumango naman ako
"But what for?"
"I mean, why did they suddenly throw a party and invite everyone?" nagtatakang tanong ulit niya
"Maybe they just simply want to spend some money" sagot ko nalang dahil sa wala rin naman akong idea sa kung ano ang pumasok sa isip nila at nag organize sila ng biglaang party
Russell and Lou are in the same class as ours, and to be completely honest, we're not close to them since we rarely talk to them.
I can't say if it's personal, but the reason why I don't talk to Lou is because of how her sister treats my sister.
I know she has nothing to do with what's happening between our sisters, but still, I just don't want to get associated with her simply to avoid annoying her sister because maybe the more I get associated with Lou, the more it will give a reason for Lei to harass my sister more.
Maybe all of you are thinking that we're avoiding her, but the real thing is that it's just a coincidence that Lou is spending her time with Russell and Avery, who are both transferees just like her.
Actually, Andrey is the one talking to them since we are all aware of what her personality is. She will talk to anyone, even if she hates that person.
"Andrey is already outside to pick me up"
"Are you sure you don't really want to come?" tanong ko ulit sa kanya pero hindi siya sumagot kundi nag kibit balikat lang siya
"It depends if Jessica will come here and ask me to get ready, but if not, then maybe I'll just pass" sagot niya tsaka siya humiga dun sa may sofa kung saan siya naka upo ngayon
"Okay, I'll just go then!"
"But in case you change your mind and you decide to come, then just call me or Yvan" sabi ko sa kanya tapos tumango lang ulit siya tsaka siya nag 'ok' sign kaya naglakad na ako palabas ng bahay
