Villain (Part One): Retaliation

Kaya Nightingale wasn't one to worry much. She didn't so much as care about the detectives constantly trying to get her to talk. She was confident that she could leave at any time.

.... But she had two problems.

One, she was currently pregnant and rather vulnerable. Two.... Star and Stripe was currently in front of her, grinning like a madwoman.

"Hey there, Blackstar." The hero greeted. "You've been busy, huh? It was a pretty dumb decision to come back to the U.S., especially with a bun in the oven!"

Kaya crossed her arms, responding "Believe me, it wasn't on the to-do list, but.... Plans changed."

She definitely wasn't going to explain that she was here in the U.S. completely on accident. No way.

"You know," Star and Stripe began. "You've essentially become the number one villain of America. Not an easy feat, you know.... Especially for someone like you."

Kaya scowled, saying "Shut up."

"Why? It's not like you can fight in your condition."

Kaya grit her teeth, feeling the baby kick her from inside. She was honestly tired of the hero's antics, and way too tempted to just break out now.

"You weren't able to stop me the first time." Kaya finally retorted, smirking.

"Please.... We both know you ran. Like a coward." Star and Stripe shot back.

Which was what had happened, wasn't it?

*Rewind....*

Blackstar smirked, punching Star and Stripe in the face, knocking her into a building. She chuckled, glaring at the hero.

"Seriously, Star?" Blackstar said mockingly. "After everything we've been through, you think brute force is gonna beat me?"

"Blackstar," She said, grinning, utilizing her quirk. "Will now be restrained by ropes made of air."

Blackstar tensed, feeling the air coil around her. She scowled, releasing the energy her quirk had stored, the heat around her body increasing to push away the wind.

"Nice try, hero!" Blackstar sneered.

She tore through the restraints, catching a punch from Star and Stripe, feeling her quirk absorb the force. She then pulled her fist back, landing a hit directly to the hero's face. Blackstar watched at Star and Stripe was forced back, grinning to herself.

"Let's see...." She hummed to herself. "Should I release my power as a blaze, or should I try and electrocute you? Hmm.... Ah, I know...."

Blackstar aimed one of her palms, purple energy swirling into an orb. She then released it, Star and Stripe barely dodging out of the way in time before the attack exploded. Blackstar's eyes widened, seeing the absolute damage her attack had caused....

"Blackstar will now lose all her breath!"

In a flash, Blackstar gripped her neck, gasping for air.... Then, she ran.

*Present....*

"I ran, yes. I'm a villain, not a monster." Kaya stated.

"I was amazed when you escaped the first time." The hero responded. "It's impressive to have as much control of your quirk as you did when you escaped. However, things have changed."

She then stood up, gesturing to the room they were in, grinning.

"This room is designed to be inescapable for your. If you so much as break a single block in this room, an alarm will go off, and I'll be there in a moments notice.... I suggest you get comfortable."

Kaya jerked awake as she heard a knock. She looked up, seeing Dabi, Magne, and Twice there.

"What the hell are you doing?!" She questioned.

Dabi placed something against the wall of the room, grinning. Kaya's eyes widened as she realized that the flame user had just placed down a stick of dynamite.

"Stop! You're gonna get caught!" Kaya quietly yelled.

Magne stared at her, saying "We know."

"Yeah!" Twice said, crossing his arms. "We figured that this would be a good way to break you out! We panicked and rushed the escape plan!"

"Okay, but.... Won't this set of the alarm?" Kaya asked.

Dabi chuckled, saying "Oh, it's gonna set of the alarm. In fact, if I burn a single block in this room, the alarm is going to go off automatically."

He then lit a flame on his fingertips.

"So if we're gonna set off the alarm, Kaya.... Let's do it in style!"

As soon as Dabi lit up his hand, the explosive blew up. Kaya quickly walked out, Twice making a few clones of Dabi to pick her up.

"Run! We gotta dip y'all!" Twice said, quickly moving Kaya.

"We know!" Dabi yelled.

"Get to the car!" Magne shouted.

"Y- you guys stole a car?!" Kaya yelped.

Dabi hopped into the front seat, Magne in the backseat with Kaya, Twice getting in the passenger.

"Twice, make a few clones of Dabi!" Kaya ordered.

Twice nodded, creating three Dabi clones, sending them off to cause chaos and (hopefully) keep the heroes distracted. Dabi started the engine, absolutely flooring it.

"Twice, can you make a copy of Kurogiri?!" Dabi questioned.

"Yeah, but-"

"Do it! I got a location for him!"

"Guys." Magne called out, spotting a certain number one hero.

"Dabi! Twice! If you have a plan, I suggest you do it now!" Kaya said.

"In a second!"

Suddenly, at the last minute, a warp gate opened up, closing behind them quickly.

"Oh man.... Thanks, Twice." Kaya breathed out.

"Wasn't me." Twice responded.

"Wait.... Then who-"

"Did it work?" A voice questioned.

They all looked around, Dabi mouthing "What the fuck?"

They were all in a large mansion, the lights overhead shining brightly.

"Oh, good, it worked." Tomura said, staring at Kaya. "Hey, babe."

"Tomura!" Kaya squealed, hugging him tightly. Then she remembered why things had gone wrong in the first place, and her voice lowered as she said "Tomura Shigaraki."

"Please," Kurogiri said. "Refrain from killing Master Tomura. Besides, I believe there's someone who wants to see you."

"Who-"

"Momma!" Bella shouted, crashing into her legs.

Kaya let put a breath of relief, happy that Bella had gotten stuck with the competent adults.

"I missed you!" Bella said, looking up at her, flashing one of her blinding smiles.

"Dabi, Magne, Twice.... How'd it go?" Tomura asked them.

"Fought some heroes. Americans are unhinged!" Twice responded.

"Yeah, we have a lot to talk about." Magne commented. "Speaking of which, where's Toga, Spinner, and Mustard?"

"Well we sent Naiha after them.... But I get the feeling she'll need backup."

Dabi cracked his knuckles, saying "I've got it. I have a few words for her anyways...."
