Kaya entered a bar, letting out a sigh. Creepy and dark energy, shady location, plenty of spots to dump a dead body.... Yeah, this was perfect.

"Excuse me, ma'am," A voice politely said, Kaya turning to see-

Wait was this dude made of mist? How did that work? How was he holding the glass? FOCUS, KAYA! There's time to be curious later!

"I believe you may have the wrong location." The man said, narrowing his eyes (????) at her.

"Naw, I've got the right place." Kaya responded.

Years of instincts and training made her whip around, sending a kick at the outstretched hand, only her her foot to be caught by a man in dire need of chapstick. He held a single pinky up, glaring at her.

"Get out." He rasped.

"No can do, Crusty." She replied.

"At ease, Tomura Shigaraki." A voice echoed, all three people turning towards a TV. "She's no threat."

Kaya smiled, saying "Sensei! Been a while!"

"SENSEI?!" Shigaraki repeated.

"Did I stutter, or are you as deaf as you are stupid?" She sassily retorted.

"Kaya." the voice warned.

Kaya pouted, reluctantly taking a step away from the villain.

"Tomura, Kurogiri, meet Kaya Nightingale; the second most dangerous villain of the United States. She was also one of the original candidates for being my successor." The voice explained.

"Forgive me, sir, but why was Ms. Nightingale not chosen?" Kurogiri asked.

"Oh! That's simple!" Kaya said, crossing her arms. "I said no!"

Shigaraki glared at her, saying "Sensei's the most powerful villain to date, and when given the opportunity, you said no?!"

"Now, now, Tomura. Kaya was thirteen when I presented her with the option. In her words, she wanted to become a powerful villain her own way. Kaya, we must speak."

Kaya coughed, a black sludge erupting from her throat. It coiled around her, sending her to a different location, the woman appearing in a lab of some kind. Sitting on a makeshift throne, she stared at the man who was her whole reason for being a villain.

"S- sensei?! What happened to your face?! You look like a fried potato!" She gaped, staring at him.

The man chuckled, saying "I merely got into a fight, my girl.... In any news, I get the feeling you wouldn't leave your post in the U.S. unless it was serious. So, be honest, why are you here in Japan?"

Kaya looked away.

".... I got into a fight." She responded. "I needed a fresh start. Besides, Japan is a completely new playing field for me!"

Another chuckle left his throat.

"Chaotic as always, Young Kaya. Feel free to stay as long as you like...."

.

"What's your quirk?"

Kaya looked at Shigaraki, sighing. It'd already been a week since she'd arrived in Japan, and she absolutely despised the man.

"None of your business, Crusty." She responded.

Shigaraki scratched his neck, saying "Don't call me that. Now, what's your damn quirk?"

"Figure it out-"

A hand dove towards her, Kaya grabbing it.

"Gotcha." Shigaraki grinned, five fingers flashing around her hand.

Now, what he didn't expect was for just her glove to be disintegrated into dust, Kaya standing there without a care in the world.

"Um.... Is something supposed to be happening?"

Shigaraki narrowed his eyes. Both hands gripped hers, five fingers making contact, and yet, no destruction.

"Oh! I get it!" Kaya said, grinning.

She then punched the barstool next to her, destruction moving through it before it decayed into dust.

"That's.... Impossible." Shigaraki slowly said.

"Oh, it's just my quirk! It's called-"

Kurogiri interrupted them, saying "Mistress Kaya, your presence has been requested."

Kaya sighed, standing up. She walked through a Warp Gate, staring at.... The Doctor.

"Fuck no." She hissed, turning around to see the Warp Gate already closed.

"Kaya, it's been so long! Come take a seat-"

Kaya's palms lit up, purple sparks of energy crackling along them.

"Touch me, and I'll kill you." She snarled.

"Kaya...."

The woman turned, narrowing her eyes at her old teacher.

"Behave yourself." The man warned.

Kaya scowled, reluctantly taking a seat. Garaki walked over, doing a few basic checks such as her heartbeat, reflexes.... And then came her least favorite part-

"Is this dumb scanner really necessary?" Kaya questioned.

"Of course!" The doctor responded. "We must check your energy levels. It's essential to my research!"

Kaya sighed, stepping in front of the machinery. Doctor Garaki pushed a button, Kaya grimacing at the sound of whirring machinery. After a moment, Garaki cackled, Kaya frowning.

"Something wrong?"

"Wrong? Quite the opposite! Come and look, girl!"

Kaya checked the readings, her eyes widening.

"T- that's-"

"You maximum capacity for your quirk has tripled since the last recorded reading!" Garaki stated. "I suspect this is due to your experience with your quirk as well as your age, as you've started to reach adulthood."

"Wha- started?! I'm twenty you raggedy, old, sorry ass bitch!"

"Yes. And you're practically still a child."

"Fuck you!"

.

"So.... Your plan for the next three months is just prepare to kill All Might?" Kaya questioned.

"Yes." Tomura responded.

"That's stupid! Why not just lure him out of hiding and then kill him?!"

"Shut up." Tomura hissed. "All Might is too OP of a boss for me to handle alone. So I need to up my party, gain some more EXP, and go up a few levels."

Kaya stared at him for a few moments, before sighing.

".... Impact."

"What?" Tomura asked, staring.

"My quirk. It's called Impact. I take the force behind things, absorb it as energy, and then I can use it later. I can only absorb it if it makes contact with the soles of my feet or my palms. This also means my hands and feet are constantly absorbing kinetic energy. I guess since your quirk has enough of a destructive force, I can touch your hands freely."

Tomura narrowed his eyes at her, saying "Why do I get the feeling we're going to have issues?"

Kaya tilted her head, replying "Maybe because you're a little bitch?"

.... Tomura spent the next half hour trying to turn her into dust.
