Chapter 11

THIRD POV

"Fourth-sama?" Hinata stood up, still couldn't believe her eyes.

Minato laughed at his daughter-in-law's expression, "Don't be so casual, Hinata. I'm your father too now, right?" he chuckled.

"Y-yes" she stared at her father-in-law blankly.

He chuckled again, "Me or Naruto will explain everything later, alright?" Hinata just nodded. "So was it Uchiha Shin?"

Hinata startled a bit, "How do you know?"

"Naruto told me the situation in your family, well my family." he smiled.

She blushed, "Yes, F-Father."

Minato giggled, "That's better. So, was it the Uchiha guy?"

"I don't think so, F-Father" she lower her voice when saying Father, still not used to it, but then she continued even with blush on her face,"B-but I think it wasn't Uchiha Shin. If-if it was him, he surely will find Bolt and Hima at our house, but i-it looked like he doesn't even know where our house is."

"Hmm," Minato rubbed his chin, "Then, there's another person involve in this plan, not just Shin."

"Y-yes, F-Father." Hinata stuttered.

The door suddenly opened, Naruto walking in with Kakashi behind him, Naruto grinned at the scene, "What do you think about her, Dad? Isn't she so perfect?"

"Minato-sensei" Kakashi bowed his head.

Minato laughed, "She's so shy, Naruto. But she really is beautiful. She's perfect for you." Hinata blushed, then he looked at Kakashi, smiling, "Nice to meet you again, Kakashi"

Naruto chuckled, he approached Hinata and put one of his arm around Hinata's shoulder. Then, he said in a serious tone, "I really love her, Dad, with all my heart and all my life."

"I know, and she feels the same, Naruto. You've chosen the right woman." Minato smiled. Hinata blushed so hard until her cheeks turned red like tomato. Naruto and Minato, even Kakashi giggled. Then, Minato uttered, "By the way, Naruto, I think this Uchiha Shin is not working alone. It's more than himself and his father. They've started gathering their allies, probably. The one who attacked the kids don't know your house, Naruto. Which means it wasn't Shin or his father, they know your place, right?"

"But, according to Hinata, the attacker also uses teleportation jutsu, the same like Obito's, sensei. Is this guy also an Uchiha?" said Kakashi while looking at Hinata. Hinata nodded.

Minato rubbed his chin again, "We need another clue."

"I've sent Sasuke, Captain Yamato, and an ANBU heading to Orochimaru. Also few ANBUs had already been scattered to look for other clues." explained Naruto.

Kakashi added, "We need to increase the village's security, strengthen our barrier, consider this is to protect your children, Naruto. Besides, it has been bothering my mind, how come the attacker could come in the village without getting detected."

"You're right!" Naruto just realized it. "I'll talk to Shikamaru about this."

"Alright, we can take care of that tomorrow. It's already dark. Let's get some rest." Minato smiled.

Kakashi bowed his head to Minato, "Then, I'll take my leave, Minato-sensei." Then, he looked at Naruto, "I'll see you at the office tomorrow, Naruto, Hinata. Probably I could do something to help you. See you." Kakashi smiled and about to take a step.

"Thank you so much, Kakashi-sama" Hinata smiled. Kakashi just nodded and waved to them.

"I'll stay here with the kids. Hinata, go home with Dad, I'll be home at dawn." Naruto smiled to Hinata who's still standing between Boruto and Himawari's bed, still with Naruto's arm around her.

Hinata shook her head, "No, you need your rest too, honey. I'll stay."

"Geez," Minato giggled, "I'll stay, I'm an Edo Tensei, I don't have to sleep. Go home."

"Y-you sure, F-father?" asked Hinata.

Minato nodded, "Yes. Go home safe. You better take care of her, Naruto." he giggled again.

"Of course, Dad! Then, I'll see you later. Bye, Dad!" Naruto waved to his Dad, Hinata just smiled. Then, they walked out.

I'm sure you guys are strong like your father and mother there, thought Minato. He stroked Boruto and Himawari's hair. Kushina, I hope you're here with me. We already have two grandchildren and they're so wonderful. Naruto had grown into a really good man. He smiled to his thought.

--Time Skip--

It was the next day, around dawn. Minato was laying on the couch under the window. Suddenly the door opened from outside, Naruto walked in and closed the door. Minato then sat on the couch, "What's wrong?"

"I can't sleep. They're up yet?" asked Naruto. Looking out to the window.

"Nope." Minato stood up, walked to Himawari.

Naruto turned around to see his father, "I'm worried about the chuunin exam. When I was younger, that exam took so many casualties because of Orochimaru. I kinda have a feeling that something like that will happen again this time."

"Have your faith in Konoha, Naruto. You know that every shinobi here have the will of fire, right? That what makes this village stronger than ever." said Minato while stroking Himawari's cheek, "Even your kids, Naruto. I'm sure they love this village as much as you do. Besides, it seems they have your stubbornness." Minato chuckled and looked at Naruto. "Just believe in everyone, and believe in yourself."

Naruto smiled to his father, "Yeah, maybe you're right, Dad."

"Oh, by the way, I don't think I can wander around Konoha with this Edo Tensei look. I have an idea, how if I wear ANBU's attire? I mean it's enough to hide my face here." said Minato, scratching his back of his neck.

"Good idea! And you'll act as my personal ANBU so I don't have to send you on any mission, so no one will suspect you." Naruto grinned.

Minato giggled nervously, "Alright, why not?"

--Time Skip--

Time has passed for 2 weeks since the incident. Both Boruto and Himawari woke up after 2 days in the hospital and left on the third day since they're healing pretty fast, thanks to the Uzumaki bloodline. As soon as they were out, Himawari continued her giant rasengan training with Konohamaru while Boruto learned the Flying Thunder God with Minato. Minato also taught him to make his special kunai. Then, they switched, Himawari trained with Minato while Boruto with Konohamaru. That took around a week.

After that, both of them trained with Hinata about how to use their Byakugan in a battle. Also, now they've mastered until 64 palms. Then, Himawari trained her fire element with Konohamaru, along with Ryuu. Until today, she's still training with them.

Since Himawari started her fire element training, Boruto has been hanging out with Sarada, like almost everyday for this 4 days. Sometimes, they went training, or grabbed some dangos, ate ramen at Ichiraku's, or just hanging out at Boruto's or Sarada's home. Even now...

BORUTO POV

"Let's grab some dangos!" I grinned to her.

Sarada-chan pouted, "Geez, Bolt. Don't you ever get bored with dangos?"

I laughed, "Well, then, I've got something even better." I held out my hand for her to grab.

"What?" Sarada-chan looked at me confused.

"Geez, come on!" I held her hand. Just in a blink, we're already stood on dad's monument. If you ask me, the view here is so amazing. It's like you can see the whole village from here.

Sarada looked at the view in awe, "This.. is just amazing"

"You like it?" I looked at her smiling. Her face was just full of amazement. I smiled to the scene, she's so beautiful.

"Hm" she nodded with her most beautiful face I've ever seen in her. Then, she stretched out her hands, enjoyed the wind blowing her face, she closed her eyes.

I stood right behind her, I put my head on her shoulder, whispering, "I'll take you to everywhere you want to be, Sarada-chan."

Suddenly... BOOM!!
