He stopped on his tracks when he heard laughing voice he cut the call and walk towards the direction
And found his family sitting in the garden while talking to each other having a great time Yukta and Mahavir were sitting together on the Stone Couch in middle of the garden dadi was sitting on the single Stone chair Yukti sitting on the ground while keeping her head on dadi's lap

While Vaidehi and Aahan were sitting on the other big couch Aahan keeping his head on Vaidehi's lap laying on the couch with close eyes

Raghav smile seeing all of them happy while chatting with each other when his eyes went on his father who was saying something and all of them started to laughing he stared at his father for some good minutes When his eyes caught Yukti's behavior

He saw her sitting quietly which was unusual but what was more weird is that she was time to time looking at vaidehi with her fearful eyes

He frown when just then Yukti got up and ran inside the mehel all the other look at her with concern and confusion

Aahan " what happened to her suddenly "

Vaidehi " .....um actually she is on her periods so...."
She said and the other's nodded in an understanding way but Raghav noticed her nervousness while speaking

Vaidehi " I should go and see if she is ok"

She said and hurriedly ran behind Yukti

Vaidehi's side

Vaidehi " bacha-"
She said coming inside Yukti's room
Yukti " bh-abhi Maa " Yukti sobed and hugged Vaidehi

Yukti "I don't know w-hat to do it feels like I am betraying my fam-ily "

She spoke and Vaidehi patted her head in a comforting manner while controlling her tears

Vaidehi " bacha please don't hide it anymore or else the matter can get worse "

She spoke and Yukti hurriedly came out of her embrace while shaking her head as no

Yukti " nahi agar bhaiya( Raghav) ko pata chala to ( sobed)

Yukti didn't complete her sentence and started sobbing

Vaidehi " yukti wo bhaiya he tere naraj Hoge par tujhe iss situation se Bahar bhi wahi laye ge"

Yukti " nahi nahi ap ka reaction hi itna ganda tha to socho bhaiya ka kesa hoga"

Vaidehi "( sigh) tere bhaiya ko buss ek look lagega yeh Janne me ki kuch gardbar he or agar unhe yeh kudh se yah kisi or way se pata laga to hum unka reaction imagine bhi nahi Kar sakte "

Yukti looked down and continued sobbing Vaidehi walked closer to her and hold her by her shoulders

Vaidehi " bacha me tujhe Dara nahi rahi hu par yahi Sach he"

Yukti " bhabhi I promise meh bh-aiya ko bata dugi par abhi nahi please "

She pleading

Vaidehi " bata hi dena warna jitna zayda late kare gi baat utni hi bigregi samjhi"

Yukti nodded

They were talking unaware of the fact that Raghav was standing beside the door licensing to their conversation

Time skips at night

Vaidehi came into the room and found Raghav sitting on the couch going through some files

They hadn't interacted much since he came back as Vaidehi was busy in work and Raghav was also busy with calls and files

He was busy so she decided not to disturb him

he was about to walk inside the washroom when

Raghav " Vaidehi "
He called her from behind She stopped on her tracks after hearing his Chilling cold voice calling her by her name

She turned around and saw his looking at her with his cold eyes still sitting on his previous place

Vaidehi " ji" her voice trembled a bit

Raghav kept the files away and got up
He slowly walked towards her she so badly wanted to move backwards but it seems like he had pinned her on her place
He stopped infront of her a looked at her for some seconds before speaking

Raghav " answer my question honestly ok" his voice soften a bit
She slowly nodded

Raghav " is there something that is troubling you but you haven't tell me "

He asked and her eyes widen heart stopped for a second the words Yukti tell rings in her mind

" Did he suspect something " her mind was continuously thinking this

Slowly composing her self shaking those thoughts away she speak

Vaidehi " what m-ade you thin-k like th-"

Raghav " do you remember the thing I told you when I came to see you for marriage "

( Raghav = I only need one promise from you

Vaidehi smile at him asking him to continue

Raghav = never I mean never disobey me )

Vaidehi nodded

Raghav " now answer my question "
Vaidehi" no y-yuvraj there is not-hing like that "

She spoke looking anywhere but his eyes he closed his eyes in frestation and sight

Raghav " ok "

He said and pulled her towards him peeking her forehead with closed eyes

Later thet night

Vaidehi and Raghav were laying on the bed he was fast a sleep but it's not the same thing for her
She was just laying in his arms his one hand beneath her head and other on her waist his chin on her head

The guilt of lying to him was eating her
She looked at his face and saw him sleeping peaceful a smile automatically formed on her lips

She cupped his cheek

Vaidehi " I am sorry I never wanted to lie to you that to about something like this but........( sigh) "

She softly peeked his cheek and keeping her head over his arm which was wrapped around her She fell asleep

After she sleeps he slowly opens his eyes and yes he was not sleeping

He looked down at her with God knows what emotion in his eyes Pulling her more closer to himself he peeked her forehead

While his mind thinking about everything that had happened today his guts were telling him that it's just the starting of a long and not joyful journey
