And before he could finish his sentence, he saw the figure in the backseat.He thought he's seen it all, people slitting their veins, breaking there necks and worse. But apparently not, not until he saw him and how damaged he looked. He's never seen someone smile while blood was dripping down their arms. His smile was so oddly, almost captivating and hypnotizing. This guy looked so bad, he looked damaged.

"Seonghwa. You're now looking at the one and only, Kim Hongjoong also known as the Joker." Yunho said getting out of the car and handing the files to Seonghwa.

"Oh."

That's all Seonghwa could say. He knew about the Joker. He knew who he was and what he did. How he tortued people who wronged him or wronged the ones he cared about. How he killed without showing mercy. How he trafficked people and all shit like that. How he robbed banks and never got arrested. He had the power to escape from any situation. So how did he end up at the police station, better say how did he end up here.

"Uhm. Does he need some help?" Seonghwa asked turning to look back at Yunho.

"Yes. Uh...I hope we won't ask for too much but can you stay overnight to watch over him?" Yunho replied.

"Sure. One second, I have to make a phone call." Seonghwa said and walked away for a bit.

Yeosang was now applying some makeup and his phone ringed.

"Jonghoo" Yeosang said from his vanity

"Yes?"

"Can you bring me my phone, please?" Yeosang asked

"Sure." Jongho said as he gave Yeosang the phone

"Ohh, hii Seonghwa, I'm almost rea-" But before Yeosang could finish he was cut off by Seonghwa

"Sorry. I can't make it tonight. I have a new patient that came up and he is from San and Yunho. It's complicated. How about we leave it for a next time, hmm?"

"Oh. Okay. Sure, no problem, take care at work, Hwa" Yeosang replied ending the call.

"What did he say?" Jongho asked

"He cancelled it." Yeosang replied

"Oh."

"Yeah. Well i'll just go change, you wanna sleep over?" Yeosang asked

"How about I take you out instead.?" Jongho asked

"No...I don't want to-" Yeosang wanted to say but Jongho spoke up

"I'll take you out and that's final. Come on, let's go, we'll go on the emergency stairs." Jongho said

"Alright, then. But you sure?" Yeosang asked as he was locking the door.

"Yes. Come on, it's better if we leave on the emergency stairs outside your balcony because that way you'll also be able to get in fast if Seonghwa will come home." Jongho said

"You have a point." Yeossng replied

"Of course I do, now let's go."

And after that, Jongho and Yeosang left for their sudden change of plans.
