Fang huffed, staring at the pristine white marble castle before walking past the guards, slipping his mask over his face as he made his way quickly and precisely to the quarters he had been assigned before changing into his uniform silently. He looked at his reflection, flicking his tail. His uniform consisted of a black fabric that was infused with an extremely bendable metal to offer the same protection of a suit of armor, just more comfortable and easier to move in. It had golden colored accents, which Fang thought was a nice touch instead of the usual platinum color. He sighed, slipping his hood over his head as his ears flicked back and forth, slightly uncomfortable with the fabric over them while his tail moved back and forth to get readjusted to the fabric. He flexed his wrists, watching as the cyber blades Sapphire had constructed for him worked fine before glancing over his shoulder, making sure the mechanical wings, that Sapphire had also constructed, would spread out before shrinking back into the suit. Sapphires tech was too cool sometimes. He securely fastened the mask, which was black with the same golden accents on it before making sure he had everything. His sword was in its scabbard, different medical supplies and smaller weapons secured in the pockets and small pouches attached to his belt before sighing. He walked out, heading towards the training area silently, the guards or servants in the halls giving him a salute or bow. He walked into the training area, quickly jumping out of the way as a spike of ice hit the door before glancing over at the guards who were in charge before noticing how....rowdy the cadets were. Idocrases help him.... One of the guards made their way over, making a wall of vines as a sudden burst of flames erupted from one of the garnets. "Platinum, oh thank the Idocrases you're here. We've been trying to get them under control but they won't listen. We figured if we had you here they might listen." She huffed, lowering the wall of vines as she looked at him with slightly dull emerald eyes, that were obviously worn out and tired. "Relax, I've got this." Fang, no- Platinum replied, silently walking towards the group of sparring cadets before tilting his head to the side as a spray of water flew by him. His eyes scanned over before spotting the oldest cadet, Marla Cascon, a sixteen year old Diamond and younger than him by barely a week. He clenched his fists, drawing his sword before silently cutting through a large spike of materialized shadows as it shot for him. He chuckled, picking up on the fear scent radiating off of the young Daimond. He could tell easily that most of these cadets were probably around twelve, first years. 'One...two..three....four.' He thought, watching as all attention was on him now before clearing his throat. "Alright, now...who was the dipshit who decided to cause so much damn trouble that I had to get fucking called in on my day off?" He snapped, not bothering to hide the anger in his voice as he clenched his fist around the hilt of his sword. This was his one day off of the school week since Lady Rosa had convinced King Painite to give him the weekends off after he started doubling up on patrols. There was a short silence before Marla silently stepped forward, holding her head up as she put her hands behind her back. 'Ofcourse....what more should I expect?' Platinum thought, rolling his eyes before quickly tripping her, putting the tip of his sword to her throat as he narrowed his eyes. "Rule 21, expect the unexpected. Rule 1, respect your superiors no matter their ranking." He huffed before stepped on her hand, narrowing his eyes as he moved his foot ever so slightly to where it pressed down on the crystal in her wrist, most Wolverines main source of magic and life-source. He took his foot off after she let out a shriek of pain, watching as she quickly gripped her wrist before he moved to the side as a large wave of water shot at before walking away, speaking in an annoyed voice. "Take her to Madam Tanzanite, and if she asks, tell her Platinum sends his regards." He snarled before exiting the training area, heading towards Count Jadeite's quarters. Platinum sighed, staring at the pristine white doors decorated with shining jade. He let out a quiet sigh before silently tracing his fingers over the stone in a pattern that resembled that of a comet of sorts, watching as it glowed before the doors opened. He walked in silently, falling still as the doors shut loudly behind him. He looked around, tail brushing against the stone floor. Jadeites Quarters were magnificent, stone rugged but oddly smooth made the walls, floors, and ceilings, in a cave like structure while small bits of stone stuck out and acting as shelves for potions or remedy's. Herbs and different plants grew from the ceiling, walls, and floor, accompanied by small glowing crystals, as well as bright glowing moss. In the farther back, aqua blue water poured out of a cleft in the wall, into a pool that had lily pads floating across the water. Right above the cleft, stairs leading up to it, was a mural of sorts. A man- no, a teen, stood tall with a golden crown resting on his head, a scepter in one hand and an orb in the other, ears low and tail tightened around his leg as if in a sign of submission to something. Platinum tilted his head before registering that it was most likely a mural of the King's late son, who had apparently drowned in an icy river centuries upon centuries back. Fang diverted his attention to a cave like area off to the side, Jadeite's sleeping quarters, which were blocked off with thick vines, and Platinum could distinguish rustling. The Titan stepped out, running his hand through his white and green speckled hair, his ears and tail having the same pattern. His pupils were the same white as his hair, while his irises were the same jade color the accented most of his quarters. His skin was a caramel color, and he had a very elegant look to him. Fang felt fear and uncertainty crawling up his spine, though he quickly forced those feeling back as he waited to be spoken to, giving a silent bow. "I've told you before, there is no reason to bow to me Fang. Now why are you here? I can practically smell the unease radiating from you." Jadeite spoke, beginning to shuffle through some herbs while occasionally looking over at Plati- no, he was Fang here. "I- um....I-I've been having these dreams ever since you gave some of that water from the pool to help with those injuries a while back." The teen whispered, suddenly feeling vulnerable and small, something he always seemed to feel whenever he came here, a reason he had put this off for so long. Jadeite glanced up, giving a soft hum before grabbing a small bundle of leaves, walking towards Platinum before gently guiding him towards one of the beds he had for any patients that required his specific care, most visits being from Fang. "I see....what are they about?" Jadeite spoke, silently grabbing one of the leaves before offering it to the tired looking teen, whosat with his knees to his chest, silently grabbing one of the leaves before chewing on it, swallowing as he started to speak. "It's usually always similar, sometimes I'm running through a fog filled forest, or sparring with something that doesn't seem like it should exist or just floating in a vast expanse of blackness, unable to move. Then there's these two voices, they almost blend together but they sound so....I don't know, Titan like? The female's voice sounds like a mix between Garnet's and Rosa's, sharp and commanding but soft and oddly...breathy? Then the male's is like Quartz's, child-like but carrying the same air of authority and regalness of Painite's." He muttered, staring at the glowing moss that was growing on the ceiling. Jadeite almost dropped the potion he had grabbed, looking over at him with a sense of recognition in his eyes before he regained his composure. "Hmm....do they say anything?" Jadeite asked, pouring a bit of the potion in a small cup as he handed it to Fang, who silently took it and took a sip. "They always say one sentence, never anything else. 'The spirits cheer for you, great prince. Don't be led astray like the ones before you.' It's confusing. Before it's just silent and I like fall or get struck dead while a bunch of voices start ringing through my ears, then I wake up." He muttered, taking another sip of the potion as his ears lowered slightly before clearly being forced back up. Fang could partially hear Jadeite sigh before he relaxed slightly as he felt a gloved hand rub behind his wolffish ears. "Confusing indeed. I will look into it, until then you try to rest. Also, Emperor Painite has requested you dine with us tonight." He stated, removing his hand from the teens ears before walking back to his sleeping quarters. Fang huffed, setting the potion down and accidentally knocking the cup over before leaving. Jadeite watched from behind the vines, eyes drifting towards the mural before walking out as he heard the doors shut. "If only he knew....may the Idocrases guide you. This is what Prince Marvalo would've wanted." He murmured, running his hand over the rough stone, watching as it began to glow a vibrant jade, soft voices whispering different things before falling silent. He glanced over, watching as the potion formed a puddle, tensing up at the blood red color before going to grab a cloth to clean it up.
