At school, I could feel his cold dark eyes on me all day. I knew he was a silly fun boy but no one else did. At lunch He dragged me into the janitors clauset and pinned me against the wall, just to ask; '' let's have lunch in here, I miss you... ''
"Why- I - was going to eat with Jennie, but I can tell her i- "
He cut me off and placed a finger on my lips
"Eh- you won't tell her anything. " he responded coldy.
"I was gonna tell her I just won't eat lunch today, I'm not hungry-"
He cut me off again
"Don't bother" he pushed me down and made me sit on the ground and handed me home made kimchi noodles
"OOH MY FAVORITE THANKS!! " I said loudly and he quickly covered my mouth
"Shhh keep it down... "
We ate and soon the bell rang.
I ran to class as fast as I could before the door closed and I was marked as late. I turned around to see Jennie running behind me. Her makeup looked smudged.

After school I approached Jennie to talk to her.

She ignored me and simply turned away from me.

"Wow" I thought to myself, "how cold." Jennie has always been dramatic. I kinda understood her for that, I did stand her up but I found it stupid how she would stop talking to me for a few days, it kinda hurt. I had reached my house and plopped onto my bed and just napped for some hours, when I heard my doorbell, I checked the time; 5.57pm.

I went down to answer the door and see sunghoon.

"I'm here to take you on our date" he smiled
"Oh yeah, sorry I was really tired, I'm going to get ready, would you like tea while you wait? " I replied in a hushed voice

"Mm, it's ok" he said "I'll just wait out here, don't take long though" he continued

"Don't worry, I'll be quick," I ran upstairs and got ready, 5 minutes later I went back down to see him lean against the door frame, waiting patiently.

"Ok, I'm ready, may I know where we're going? " I questioned
"Surprise" he whispered and kept walking with my hands in his.

We got to the place and I was excited to see, "an arcade!! " I hurried towards the door, "I've always wanted to go here but I've never had enough money..."
"Don't your parents take you to places like these as a child? "
"Oh uh I don't really have parents anymore... "
"Oh... I'm so sorry... " he replied in a muzzled tone.

We went inside and Sunghoon won loads of prizes while I just cheered him on, since I wasn't great at all these games...
Once he finished one game he ran to another, and another and another.
"I love the claw machine it's probably my favorite! Come on join me!! " he said loudly
"Ahah it's ok really, I'm not great at these games... "
"I'll help you! " he pulled me towards the machine, I grabbed the joysticks and he placed his hands on mine to guide me.
"Which one do you want? " he asked while gently moving the joysticks around.
"Hmmm the white bunny maybe?'' I said, unsure.

" we got it!! Thank you!!" I celebrated.
"Yess, congratulations! "
"Ahah I didn't do much''
" what are you talking about, you basically did everything! "

We go to the register to switch the tickets that Sunghoon won at the games

" you got... 1.389 tickets! Congratulations!! You may redeem them for 5 prizes. " the register lady said.

"Hmm... Can I get that giant pink fluffy teddy bear with the red heart on the stomach?" He asked
"Yep! Anything else? "
" uhhh... That pack on heart stickers and... Those colouring pens and that pack of A3 paper and that's it! "
"Alright, " she said while placing all the presents on the counter.
Once we collected the gifts, we left.

At my doorstep, we hugged goodbye and then I asked a question that's been on my mind for a while.
"Sunghoon... ''
He hummed in response still his hands wrapped around me, swinging me side to side.
"Mh- what... What do you like about me? I'm not that great... "
"What are you talking about!? You're amazing!! I love your smile, your cute dimples, your beautiful brown eyes, your long black hair and especially I love your cute personality, I love how you're really smart and... I just like every single thing about you! No ones perfect but you are pretty close! "
I smiled brightly, no one has ever complimented me so much...
