Meeting the devil

"Sunghoon is in trouble" I thought to myself calmly.
"Sunghoon... Is in trouble...? " I thought again.
"SUNGHOON IS IN TROUBLE!? " this time realizing what he had said through the phone.
I rushed to slip my shoes on as fast as I could I tried to track him, "no internet?! I'm inside my own house how do I not have internet?" I wondered in a slight panic, since he told me his parents were criminals we decided to track eachother in case exactly this were to happen! "Reload! YES, ok now where is he..." I questioned rushing out the door and hailed a taxi.
"Where to, miss? "
"Uhm 325 Garosugil street. "
"Ah- That's a hella dangerous place madam are ya' sure? "
"Take me there. Please I need to help someone" I demanded in a slight desperate tone.
"Aight, we'll be here in a jiffy. "
"Thank you so much! "
5 minutes later we arrived at the entrance of a forest with a sign saying 'Garosugil street' and then under it in small red Underligned writing, 'dO nOt EnTeR, dAnGeR, tUrN bAcK!'
"Not this time, sign! Any other day I would've listened but not today Haha! I'm not even scared!"
I thought to myself
"Miss ya alrighty back there? You're shaking a hella lot, are ya scared?"
"Ok, maybe a little... But- it's a good cause!"
"I'll come with ya! It's been about 15 years since I haven't been on a good adventure!"
"Extra company can't be a bad thing right? "
I nodded and smiled and his face brightened

"Can I ask your name?" I asked
"Ya sure can! It's Jake, what about you? "
"Y/n"
"What a pretty name... 'Y/n'... That reminds me of someone... "
"Oh, nice, who?"
"Not entirely sure... I can't remember... I'll tell ya when it comes back to me. "
"Ok... We should probably go now though... "
"Yes, let's go mate!" He said in his thick accent

(Authors note, again, for those wondering, Jake isn't a pirate. He's from Australia. I don't know how to write in an Australian accent ok?? 😭)

From there we started our quest- my quest to save Sunghoon... Jake was just... ✨there✨ and he... Occasionally... Fell down or tripped over a branch...

"I'M OK!! " he yelled from the Muddy ground.
"The mud is soft! " he yelled again crawling, trying to get back up and failing. I walked towards him and helped him up, it was too late for him to turn back and I needed to get Sunghoon into safety!
"We need to hurry, wait here I'll be back as soon as I can, I promise. " I said and sat him down on a fallen tree trunk.

I started running as fast as I could, following the map on my phone towards his most recent location, this time, with no distractions.

I slowed down as I reached a large barn in the middle of the forest. I heard scratching and muffled screams.
"I'm close" I whispered.

"MOOOO, MOOOO!! OO CAN- CAN- CAND DO ISS" said a deep male muffled voice coming from the barn.
"I think you'll see that I can, and I will." Said another voice, this time female.
"MOOO-"
"SHUT UP WILL YOU? GOSH YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN SO ANNOYING!"

Silence...

"AAAHG!!"

I jumped in shock from the sudden blood cuddling scream,
"S-sunghoon..? " I cried,
''are you there" I screamed.

Silence again... Then the door opened reveal sunghoon in tears tied up and gag inside his mouth, with a bloody leg extended towards the entrance.
I ran to him and he looked more and more scared as I did so.

"YUH/N! MO!" He yelled, I kept running, then I reached his chair and pulled out his gag.
''She is behind you... " he sobbed as more tears poured out

*BANG* everything goes black...
