(Authors note: the next chapters will feature beomgyu, jake, yeonjun, suga, wooyoung and hyunjin, this one will only feature jake (yes the jake taxi driver we left in the woods a few chapters ago) and beomgyu, stay tuned for the others🫶)

:Sunghoon POV:

I ended the call leaving her confused and me in tears. My sleeve was drenched.
The door bell rang, I went to answer it, still with puffy eyes.

"Hi, hoon- woahh you alright?" Jake asked, my best friend, we used to skate together but jake got busy trying out new hobbies.
"Yeah, fine. " I replied.
"Are you sure? " Beomgyu insisted.
Suddently I felt my eyes well up and tears instantly poured down my cheeks.
"Gyu!! Look at what you've done bro!" Jake yelled, which only made me cry harder. It had only been a few minutes since I called her. The wound is fresh.
"What?! I didn't mean too!? I'm sorry Hoon! I didn't mean to make you sad-"
I buried my face in Jake's jacket. Sobbing.

Y/n's POV

*beeb*  "hello? Hoon!? " I felt my heart sting. He hung up.
I was left confused and heartbroken, when suddenly, it clicked! The message: "if you don't do it, I'll kill her"
"...'It'=breakup
'Her'=me!!.. "
he SAVED me! He's PROTECTING me.
Does this hurt him? Is this easy for him?
I decided to head to his apartment, I'm going to tell him that I know everything.

When I reached his apartment building I rang his number and two other guys answered.
"Oh it's a girl. Sorry miss we can't let you in. Our friend is kinda in the middle of a break down. " Jake stated.
"You- the taxi driver?! Omg you made it out the woods!? "
"How do ya kno' I was stuck in those woods... Wait- you were the girl who was desperate to save someone in there! You! You're the girl who left me in the woods! "

Beomgyu stared at both of us blankly
"You guys know each other? Man, jake you know like the whole world -"
"Yeah, sure whatever gyu. Anyway-" jake turned to look at me again and continued his sentence.
"So who were you so Desperate to 'save'? "

"The guy who lives here! The owner of my heart! The love of my life! " I blurted out.
"Wait who lives here? What were we here for again? "
"MY GOD GYU PAY ATTENTION!? " jake called out.
"It's not my fault I'm the maknae of our friend group alright?? I'm not bright. " beomgyu pointed out.

"Alrighty so, I'm guessing your name is... Gyu..? Short for anything? Well it doesn't matter I'll call you dumb maknae and you- taxi driver- I don't know your name but I'll call you clumsy taxi guy. Now let me in, I'm here to see sunghoon." I demanded

"I'm jake- the eldest- that's beomgyu - the, yes dumb youngest. "
"HEY I'M HERE YOU KNOW" gyu pointed out.
"Well done captain obvious. " jake said.

I just got a bit sick of their yapping so I pushed through.
"HOON! HOON!?" I called out.
"In the kitchen. " jake stated.

I ran to the kitchen and found him. His head Buried in his arms. He looked up and saw me.
"Y/n- I thought- I told you we're done! "
"You're clearly not over my charms, and my beautiful personality. "
Sunghoon laughed briefly with tears rolling down his cheeks.
"Look I know everything. About your sister, the message, you don't have to be sad, I know your intentions,  I came to tell you, I know how I can be with you and get your sister to leave us alone."

Sunghoons eyes lit up.
"You do?? " he asked excitedly, he got up and we hugged. He was crying still. Gyu and jake were watching.
