It had been a week since Naruto and Konohamaru met. Naruto was waking up, sore from his training.
"Konohamaru really surprised me. To think he can already force me to block a few of his hits." He got up and ate his breakfast.
A bowl of fruit salad, a glass of milk, and of course, a cup of instant ramen.
He couldn't just not eat it.
He finished up and walked to the academy.
He sat in his seat resting his chin against his hands much like his sensei.
"Excuse me may I pass?" Naruto glanced to the side and watch as a boy made way for Sakura. "Hey Naruto, can I get past you?" Naruto smiled and moved forward.
Sakura took a seat in-between Naruto and Sasuke, clearly happy to be sandwiched in-between her best friend and her crush.
'Uchiha Sasuke. We've only met once, it was not pleasant. I hope your simply like the other villagers...' Naruto shook his head slightly.
Sakura attempted to break the ice with Sasuke.
"So Sasuke how was your-?" She stopped in her tracks after receiving an icy glare. Naruto was shocked by the intensity.
It was far too similar to the ones the village give him.
Sakura looked down into her lap, and Naruto could see the tears forming.
'It's official, I really don't like him.' Naruto sent Sasuke a nasty sneer before moving closer to Sakura.
He spoke softly. "Hey, Sakura." Sakura looked to the eyes of her best friend, the warm, empathy filled cobalt blue orbs filling her with warmth. "How was your night?" Sakura sniffed slightly, banishing away the thought of tears and smiled widely, grabbing Naruto's hand.
"It was great!" The two began to talk about the night they had, as was routine by this point.
Naruto, using the love of his friend, beat down every ounce of hatred attempting to form for the raven haired boy.
Which completely failed when the boy decided to open his mouth.
"The useless ones always flock together." Naruto was in front of Sasuke, standing on top of the desk with the boys collar in his fist fast than most of the students in the room could see.
"Your an ass, Sasuke. I really want to beat you, but Sarutobi-sensei taught me better than to do that to a comrade." Sasuke sneered.
"Are you sure your not just afraid. We both know you can't beat me." Naruto shook his head and was about to step down and leave to avoid further incident. It was graduation day after all.
The boy behind him, thought it would be hilarious to shove him onto Sasuke.
Naruto, not expect the move, began to fall face first into Sasuke.
He smirked slightly before doing a substitution with Sakura.
'Maybe that will break the ice.' He thought as the two locked lips.
Their eyes were wide, Sakura was shocked. Never in her life did she think she would steal her crushes first kiss.
Sasuke however, was shocked by the display of skill in the substitution shown by Naruto.
Sasuke shoved the girl off of him.
The girl yelped in pain as he hit the floor ruffly, taking a moment to process what happened.
"What was that substitution!?
Naruto was enraged, and the class picked up on this. Most of the class was glaring at either Sasuke or Naruto.
