Hoseok followed Alex out of the dressing room, his heart pounding with a mix of fear and determination. He had left his babies at his neighbor's house, trusting the old woman who had always been there to help him. She had agreed to take care of them without hesitation, giving Hoseok one less thing to worry about tonight.
Walking close to Alex, Hoseok listened as his friend explained that they were heading to the VIP section. “That's where the real money is,” Alex said. Hoseok, desperate for funds, nodded in agreement. They entered the section, and Hoseok felt a chill run down his spine at the sight of the men inside. He felt like dirt under their shoes, and he could practically smell the money from where he stood.
They sat in front of the bar, waiting for a man to call them over. Hoseok grimaced, tugging at the tight, revealing dress he was wearing. It was a short, black, and very tight number that accentuated his slender figure and left little to the imagination. “I hate this dress,” he complained to Alex.
Alex just shrugged. “Deal with it. It's part of the job.” Hoseok was shocked to see his friend so nonchalant about the whole situation.
Alex ordered an alcoholic drink, but Hoseok shook his head. “I don’t want anything.”
Alex scoffed. “You're too innocent. How are you going to have sex with a client if you keep acting like this?”
Hoseok just looked down, feeling the weight of his inexperience and nerves. Alex sighed, running his fingers through Hoseok’s hair. “Remember, you’re doing this for your babies.”
Hoseok swallowed the lump in his throat and nodded, steeling himself for what was to come. Just then, a hand encircled Alex’s waist. Hoseok looked up to see a handsome man, who screamed wealth just by his outfit alone, standing there.
The man pecked Alex’s lips, making Alex blush madly. The man smiled lovingly at him, and Hoseok watched the interaction with wide eyes. They both stood up, and Alex told Hoseok he would meet him later. The man gave Hoseok a once-over before walking away with Alex.
Alex pecked Hoseok’s cheek and winked at him before leaving. Hoseok gulped, his body shaking with anxiety as he realized he was now alone.
He didn't know what to do. Was he just supposed to sit here and do nothing? His trail of thoughts was interrupted by a tap on his shoulder. He turned to see a waiter telling him that a man was asking for him.
He nodded, and the waiter winked at him, saying, “You hit the jackpot.”
Hoseok took a deep breath and walked over to where the man was sitting. The man stood up and motioned for Hoseok to follow him. Hoseok followed, feeling a mix of fear and determination. They walked through a quieter section of the club, where he could hear moans coming from behind closed doors.
They stopped in front of a door, and the man opened it, gesturing for Hoseok to enter first. Hoseok stepped inside timidly, the door closing softly behind him. He stood near the door, watching the man, who was now loosening his tie.
The man turned to look at Hoseok, their eyes locking for a moment before Hoseok quickly looked down. The man chuckled. “You don’t have to act innocent,” he said. “I know your trick.”
Hoseok looked up at him with genuine confusion. “What trick?”
The man raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “What’s your name?”
“Hoseok,” he replied softly.
The man smiled. “I’m going to ask you to call me ‘sir.’ Understood?”
Hoseok nodded. “Yes, sir.”
“Are you new here, Hoseok? I haven’t seen you before.”
“Yes, sir. This is my first time.”
