Hoseok adjusted Jungkook on his hip, the other four babies trailing closely Infront of him as he followed Madam Soo through the bustling shopping mall. The sight of the large space, filled with bright lights and endless rows of stores, overwhelmed him slightly.
Madam Soo led him confidently, her heels clicking against the tiled floor. She stopped in front of a chic men’s boutique and turned to Hoseok. “We’re starting here,” she said with a decisive nod.
Hoseok raised an eyebrow, glancing at the boutique. “Why are we here?” he asked, slightly puzzled.
Madam Soo gave him a knowing smile. “Yoongi wants to renew your wardrobe. So, let’s start picking out some new clothes for you.”
Hoseok’s eyes widened. “What? No, that’s not necessary. I don’t want Yoongi spending money on me like this.”
Madam Soo sighed, her patience thinning. “It’s not up for discussion. Just let me handle it.”
Before Hoseok could protest further, Madam Soo handed him a stylish t-shirt and instructed him to try it on. Hoseok, somewhat resigned, held it up against his chest.
Madam Soo scrutinized him with a critical eye. “What do you think? Does it fit well?”
Hoseok looked down at the shirt and then at her, clearly uncomfortable. “I’m really not sure about this.”
“Yoongi insists,” Madam Soo said firmly, “so you might as well make the most of it.” She called over a sales associate, instructing her to pick out a selection of clothes and shoes for Hoseok.
Hoseok, overwhelmed by the sheer amount of clothing being selected, tried to protest but was quickly overruled by Madam Soo’s assertiveness. Before long, he was surrounded by a mountain of bags filled with clothes and shoes. He finally had to interject.
“Madam Soo, this is too much,” Hoseok said, trying to catch his breath. “I think we’ve got enough.”
Madam Soo gave him an apologetic smile but continued adding to the pile. “We’ll stop once we have what’s necessary.”
After an exhausting shopping spree, Madam Soo escorted Hoseok and the babies to the children’s section. The babies were delighted, picking out toys with gleeful enthusiasm. Hoseok bought a mix of clothes and toys for them, his heart warming at their excitement.
At the checkout, Madam Soo paid for everything with Yoongi’s black card. Hoseok’s jaw dropped when he saw the total. “This is... how much?” he gasped.
Madam Soo glanced at the total, chuckling. “Let’s just say Yoongi is very generous. Don’t worry about it.”
With their arms laden with bags, they returned to Hoseok’s apartment. Madam Soo helped them inside before bidding them farewell.
“Thank you so much for today,” Hoseok said, feeling a mix of gratitude and embarrassment.
Madam Soo smiled warmly and pecked Hoseok’s cheek. “Don’t mention that kiss to yoongi. Just keep it between us, okay? Yoongi wouldn't be happy to hear I pecked your cheek, you're his anyways .”
Hoseok giggled and nodded. “I’ll keep it quiet. Thank you again."
She nodded and entered her car. The driver driving away. Madam soo smiled, thinking about hoseok, she thought he was such a thoughtful person, she had thought he was a golddigger but when she saw hoseok's true character today she couldn't help but feel a warmth towards hoseok.
He was just so sweet, now she knew what yoongi saw in hoseok, she just hoped yoongi won't break hoseok's heart and treat him with the love and respect he deserved... Even though it was forbidden.
