"what do you think you're doing?" Yuki sighed in exasperation as Mikey followed her around the school, making things much more harder. It seemed like everyone was either afraid or cautious of the blond haired boy. She couldn't blame them, being near someone part of a gang was troublesome, more so for the civilians.
But Mikey wasn't bothered, if anything it seemed to have boosted his ego.
*munch munch*
He was also snacking on some dorayaki, "do you have an endless supply of dorayaki??" she questioned, the boy swallowed and smiled "ken-chin gave me a bag of it so I'd go to school."
"ah so a bribe huh?" she chuckled before turning to a student, "ah excuse me! do you have some time?" the young lad looked at her with a smile, he was about to agree when he noticed Mikey, immediately he frowned, looking nervous "I'm sorry-"
"Hey, she has questions." Mikey said with a threatening smile. The poor student ran, pale and with his tail in-between his legs.
'Oh God'
"Could you not threaten them Mikey, they don't have to answer if they don't want to." She huffed, partly annoyed knowing the student would have helped her if Mikey wasn't here. "Eh, but don't you need my help?"
The black haired girl sighed, right he was at least trying to help, "I know, but wait-" her eyes brightened up "do you have any of your members here in the same school as you?"
He pondered for a moment, "oh I think so!" "let's just ask them" Yuki suggested, "alright, come with me! Luckily for you, you bumped into me right?"
"Mhmm"

Yuki had to admit, it was helpful having an influential gang leader as an acquaintance. Mikey actually had a few members under his thumb in his school. One was actually his number 2, a guy he referred to as Ken-chin, although he just told her to call him Draken.
'Cheesy names, but okay. They seem more like dorks than scary gang members not going to lie.' She thought with a sweatdrop as she looked at her notes on the phone, with the information Ijichi put together for her. And with that she was able to piece together some sort of story.
It would have been hell of a lot easier if I could sense curses better, it's odd that the white divine dog, Rei, couldn't sniff anything out either. Perhaps the accidents happening in the school was mere coincidence rather than a curse's malevolent intent.
"So what have you gathered?" Draken curiously asked, it's not everyday some girl willingly goes to a school just to investigate some ghost rumors, she was kinda weird in that sense but at least not boring or scared of them, and Mikey seemed to like her enough to actively help her, 'if only Mikey was this active in classes. .'
