The sun was completely down and both were walking up back to the car. There was still some light, enough to see. After, the moment from the beach, they didn't talk much. The atmosphere around them had become silent and awkward.

They were walking side by side but had some distance. Not like earlier, when walking in the park, towards the beach with their hands touching, slightly one another. Now, it was the opposite.

They were all close to each other and now, they were far from each other. She felt bad because, in the end, it was here that had brought up the conversation at the beach. Asking him about what he meant when he had lost someone so dear to his heart. She was curious into understanding but she didn't know that it would hurt him to the point where he would be broken and crying in front of her.

Tonight was supposed to be fun and forgetting the burden on their shoulders yet it wasn't. Due to her thoughts and stupid curiosity coming to her mind and speaking it out loud. She was afraid of that. Saying something and scared that she wasn't suppose to say it because it could probably hurt the person. In this case, it did.

She utterly felt terrible and wanted to make it up for it but she didn't know how to. Also, didn't want to hurt him once more, it would break her to the point that he wouldn't want to see her anymore.

Wonwoo was such a nice person. The only person that has stayed with her the longest, while not complaining about her. But this feeling of being guilty killed her. Never did she want him to bring back the memories he hid for so long and now that he shared his side, Mia felt like she was obligated to tell her story to not make him feel alone.

However, she feared that her part would be even worse, in which she had a feeling it was, she wouldn't want him to feel bad about how he reacted tonight.

All of these thoughts were coming in her mind to the point where she stopped walking and just had her head low.

A few seconds later, Wonwoo had heard that her footsteps had stopped walking, which made him turn around slowly and saw her, with her head low, her hair covering almost her whole face. He tilted his head in confusion into why she had stopped, out of nowhere. "Why did you stop?" he asked in a low and soft tone.

He couldn't understand into what made her stop and he was confused. Was it something that happened tonight during the time at the arcade that had upset her or was she not satisfied with this night?

He had alot of questions running through his head but he wanted to take one question at a time because he knew she wasn't the easiest to unveil her emotions.

On the other hand, Mia had her head down and she felt complete regret on her chest and weight on her shoulders. This feeling was eating her alive and just because of that specific moment. She knew it was pathetic of her but she knew herself to well and she was absolutely sensitive.

It went from a beautiful time to a painful night. She hated that everything she try to that was positive, would end up negative. Mia had enough of it. Everything kept on being ruined because of her and only her.

Letting out a big sigh with extreme sorrow in its hearing, she had answered to his question. "I'm so- deeply sorry" she said, above a whisper with a hint of guilt in it. Wonwoo had furrowed his brows and squinted his eyes in confusion into what she was referring to. He then let out a scoff and asked "What do you mean?"

She didn't say but rather had put her lips into a thin line, feeling the absolute hurt and regret into what she was going to say to him cause it would only kill him more.

She then lifted her head once again and looked straight into his eyes. He saw her eyes glow in the emotion is sadness. No tears were visible to her eyes just the emotion was shown. "My words triggered the memories of your past in which it lead you to break down in sorrow"
