She's Not Like the Rest

My eyes peel open. Sunlight is beaming through the windows, filling up the small hotel room.

Hotel room... it feels so weird being away from papa in the morning, and not being in my bed.

Every morning, I would wake up and he would be there, my papa. Towering over me, staring intensely as if he were trying to pierce through my eye sockets to reveal my orb like eyes. He always said he wanted to keep a tight watch on me, ever since mom died. Who knows what could happen? A car could crash through my upstairs bedroom at any moment!! :0. He stands there all night long, I don't know when gets rest to be honest, but it's so sweet <3

This morning I didn't have that though, which felt strange to me in my chest slash boobs area. I wish I never got sold to Noah Kahan.

My super smelling abilities quickly kicked into gear, a strong, sour, smelling odour wafted towards my nostrils. Gross it smells like rotten eggs or something, or like farts and Peepee caca. My eyes slowly shift to my left, where next to me is...

Last night was such a blur I don't even remember what happened I swear. Like a movie tbh

I was watching some spongebob with subtitles (cause i'm deaf) and doing my nightly vape tricks. Life can't go on if i'm not blowin O's. Then I taped a picture of my mom who is dead to the headboard of the bed.

Literally nothing else happened like why is this dog in my bed chat!!

"Ugh" I say vocally with disgust in a deaf accent.

Penny side eyes me with her stinky breath. This smell is so bad it's not even going into the notebook.

What a terrible start to my birthday. WAIT

Can't believe I let that slip. Slipped my mind like how I imagined freakbob slipping me tongue last night LOL!

I let Penny stay on my bed out of the grace of my heart, and walk towards the window of the Super 8 room. The sunrise is so beautiful. Across my window is another block of rooms, and on the ridge of the third floor window lines is a pigeon... staring right at me.

I quickly close the window blinds in fear. I wonder what he saw. Penny looks at me confused, but continues to lay on the bed. What a good doggo.

I feel shaking in my stomach. Must be rumbling. It's weird not hearing my stomach growl, but I guess this is a sign to remember how skinny and petite and small I am. Ugh it's so hard being this small !!!!

I miss papa's celery pancakes, they were sooo scrumdiddlyumptious. I loved to watch Cody Ko and eat my pancakes :p. Too bad cody ko is a child predator RIP.

I get Penny up from the bed and put her bowl of food out for her. She looks up at me, kind of like saying "happy birthday brah". I know she secretly likes me,

I am gonna inhale the continental breakfast I'm so excited! I wonder if Noah Kahan is awake yet... I hope I don't run into him.

I get dressed, slipping into grey sweatpants and a baggy band t-shirt, the Metallica's to be exact. It's not what most girls wear, I don't care what anyone thinks, I'm just tryin to be a comfy smol bean. I also whip my hair up into a messy bun.

Penny and I make our way down the elevator. She nuzzles my kneecap cutely. I think me and this dog could be friends. But we are not gonna talk about last night.

I can smell sweet buttery waffles, and bacon grease. Mmmmmm. I quickly pull out. My notebook from my pocket. Gotta be strapped at all times yk?

I write:

I slip the notebook back in and look around the hotel lobby. Seems to be pretty dead. I look at my phone to check the time.

That must be why, it's so early in the morning to be awake on a Friday.

I cross the lobby and enter the breakfast room. Everything looks so delicious mmmmmm. I re-wet my chapped lips in preparation.

I grab me a lil something of everything, and some bacon on a plate for Penny too.

I miss Lenny my cat, I just KNOW he would've given me dabloons for that.

I feel a rumble in the ground. Did u just fart u freak? I say to Penny. She isn't even looking at me tho.

Then I feel it. His ice cold stare. Thousand yard stare fr.

Noah is here I can feel it on my vag- I mean spine. uhhh ummm uh

I do a quick 180 turn of my entire body to see if my instincts were correct. A couple strands from my messy bun fall out, and my natural soft vanilla scent wafts in his direction.

We make eye contact for a millisecond before he books it towards.. the orange juice?

I nonchalantly watch him grab his breakfast without blinking. It was then that I realized I forgot to put on socks or shoes this morning. Noah turns around and stares at my dawgs. And then his dog.

He comes over to give Penny some pets, and says something to me. I couldn't quite make out what he said but it kinda looked like he said "Arara gommen". A few seconds pass and he gives me a weird look, he then leaves to a different table, and Penny follows. I rlly thought my cute anime blushing would work on him.

All alone on my Bday :(

I look over to Noah and notice he's having a hard time sitting down. That's weird.. I derp.
