- ,, 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐄𝐃 thoughtfully at the tarot cards arranged before her. 𝐉𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡. Although, two of them instantly gave her comfort, the wheel of fortune and it's inevitable fate left a worried expression on the girls face.

Guinevere was always in control. She despised the feeling of loosing that grip. That's what made her stand out from her sisters.

Even though, truth be told, she was never very close with either of them.. Graciela and Gwen grew up together, however they quickly drifted apart when Gianna was born. But they never lost that bond. They simply couldn't.

That fear of loosing control all started on December 22nd 2012, when their parents revealed that they were getting a divorce. What a Christmas miracle, am I right? They had simply fallen out of love.. Although it wasn't a huge shocker to anyone who had at least met them once. But the young girls life fell into shambles.

For the next four years, her whole life had to fit in a box. After the divorce the three picture perfect daughters stayed with their mom. Which included a lot of moving. From sunny California to the great Alps of Italy, Gwen had lived everywhere.

But nothing could beat the feeling of the summer at the grandparents house. It was 3 months of pure bliss and calmness. That's why every summer Gwen and her sisters looked forward to spend time at their grandparents house in Brighton.

It was her little slice of paradise, her escape from reality and her everyday life. The moment she would step foot onto the property it felt almost as like the outside world didn't exist. It was the only thing worth looking forward to in her eyes.

Every summer that she had spent there, she always spent it with her best friend William. He was an adorable young man, with fluffy brown hair and a charming personality. They were inseparable. Each morning he would come over and listen to her play various instruments. Each evening they would go to his house and play video games.

This went on for years...until Gwen started collage in downtown London and had to move away for good.

Although she was sixteen, she was set with her studies and career choice. Her parents had pushed her towards a practical path of english literature. So she made it her life goal to become a jurnalist. But as time went on that desire slowly started to fade.

Gwen had always been the most passionate about music out of everyone she knew. From a young age she knew her heart belonged to the melodies and lyrics that filled her soul with a sense of purpose and joy.

For years, Gwen had tried to stay on the jurnalist path, by burying her love for music deep inside of her. But as she grew older , the pull towards her true passion became too strong to ignore and hide.

She knew that she couldn't spend the rest of her life living a lie, pretending to be someone else to please her family.

After a long and hard year of contemplation, one faithfull day the girl made the decision to switch her major from english literature to music, against her parents wishes.

Her father supported her and encouraged her to follow her heart. Her mother on the other hand was so displeased with her daughter that she started the most heart breaking and heated argument. She accused her daughter of throwing away her future and squandering her potential.

The mother expected the girl to apologise and see eye to eye with this. But Gwen stood her ground, determined to follow through with this, no matter the cost.

After a disgraceful argument with her mother, with tears in her eyes Gwen packed her bags and made the difficult decision to move out and into her fathers house.

There she felt safe. She felt free, unstoppable.

Each holiday after that was dreading to her. She couldn't bare to see her mother again, pretend that they were one happy family in front of her grandparents.

The only thing keeping her comfort was her best friend, who had been keeping a secret from her...

A/N: this chapter is all over the place but i have so many ideas that i simply can't put them into one :( i hope u enjoyed it though!!! next chapter will reveal more about her past and her friendship with Will ! :) vote please!!
