Chapter Sixteen

"Sooo... What's this new ability you guys are talking about? Super strength? I'm fast? ohhh can I catch on fire? What about go through walls? Am I super stretchy?" Y/N smirks at the last one as she looked around at the three other girls. "What? You think you're the Fantastic Four? No. You just can't die. You heal super fast and your are pretty much impenetrable." Wanda speaks. Her head still hurting from invading Dreykov's mind. Kate rubbed her back soothingly and Wanda gives her a small smile. 

"Can we test it out? Stab me." Y/N turns to Yelena with excited eyes and the woman looks at her like she's crazy. "I thought I was the trained assassin and supposed to be the crazy one? You're a whole other level of crazy." Yelena says as the other girls nod their heads in agreement. "You just said I can't be killed and because I wanna test that theory y'all think I'm crazy? Gosh y'all are no fun." Y/N huffs as she falls back into the couch and looks down at her feet. 

"I'll do it. Let me just take a bite out of you." Venom appears before he bites down on Y/N's arm. Y/N let out a yell as she started smacking the symbiote's head as she pulls her arm away. The girls all screaming as Y/N finally breaks free from Venom and looks at the missing chunk of meat on her arm. "YOU PARASITE! I'M GOING TO BURN YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE MY GIRLS BOY!" Y/N screams. 

"That's so gross" Kate speaks before she turns her head and throws up. "Hey! It's healing! It looks so cool." Y/N says as she watches her skin, the muscle, and the nerves slowly regenerate. "Oh shit! I'm the next Wolverine!" Y/N cheers before clenching her hands and looking down at them. "Come on don't be shy." Y/N groans as she tenses her whole body. "You look like you are going to poop yourself." Yelena speaks as she holds back her smile. 

"I don't think that image will ever leave my mind." Kate groans as she leans her head back on the couch and holds her stomach. "Wolverine was born with his abilities. You were injected so there's still only one Wolverine." Maria speaks as she stands and grabs Y/N's arm to inspect it. "Nobody knows my whole ability list here. There's only one way to find out and that's to fuck around." Y/N points at everyone. 

"That does not mean to stab yourself or let Venom bite chunks out of you." Kate gags again. Her stomach churning still as she replays the moment in her head. "You guys were too scared to do it. At least he is a real friend for doing that." Y/N says. "You threatened to burn me. You are no friend of mine." Venom pops out and says. "That's just a figure of speech. It just means you're my bestie." Y/N smiles innocently at Venom. "Oh well I'll burn you too Y/N." Venom smiles before disappearing back into Yelena's back. 

"I'm going to go interrogate Dreykov. Y'all should get some sleep." Maria speaks as she exits out of the room. "I'm gonna go help queasy over here." Wanda says as she pulls Kate out of the room with her. "And then there were two... Did you want to have that fight now?" Y/N smirks. "No because it would not be fair because you can heal and have never ending energy." Yelena glares. "That shouldn't be a problem... Stamina has never been an issue for me before." Y/N winks as she plops down onto the couch and lays her head back. Her eyes feeling heavy from the constant fighting and traveling. 

Her one eye opening when she hears Yelena let out a loud sigh. "What?" Y/N asks. "You know... I found some Mac and cheese while you were sleeping/dying... Wanda tells me you make it the best..." Yelena smiles innocently. "Yes but you like siracha and I think it's gross. That's a big deal breaker for me." Y/N smiles back. Yelena lets out a huff as she rolls her eyes, and crossing her arms. "It is good with hot sauce. You are lying to yourself if you think it is gross." Yelena's accent slipping and Y/N's has to think of something else to avoid getting hard. 

"Mac and cheese definitely does not need anything to go with it. It tastes amazing by itself." Y/N stands up and walks towards the kitchen, smiling when she hears Yelena whisper a little 'yes' before she hears her feet following closely behind her. "The Chinese was okay but Mac and cheese is my favorite. Nothing can beat it." Yelena says as she sits at the table and watches as Y/N places the water on the stove. 

"Stick with me and I'll show you all my tricks." Y/N smirks when she sees a slight pink color make its way onto Yelena's face. "You've got such a cheeky mind. Does it ever rest?" Yelena asks as she leans back in the chair and holds eye contact with Y/N. "Some times but it never seems to stop running when you're around. Good, freaky, cute, or bad. You're always in it." Y/N taps her head and smiles softly at Yelena. 

"You called me your girl. What do you mean?" Yelena questions. "What? When did I say that?" Y/N panics. "You know when. Am I or am I not?" Yelena stands as she walks towards Y/N's stiff body. "I mean... You're your own person and I have no claim over you and I will respect you if you choose that I am nothing more than just a make out session. No hard-" Y/N's cut off when Yelena wraps her arms around Y/N's neck and pulls her head down into a kiss. Y/N instantly kisses back as her hands go towards Yelena's waist, pulling her closer. 

"Am I your girl?" Yelena repeats herself. "Only if you want to be?" Y/N questions as she leans forward to connect their lips again but groans when Yelena pulls her head back and smirks. "We'll see." She says before she pulls away and goes to walk away. "Fuck that." Y/N says as she yanks Yelena back into her and presses their lips together aggressively. 

"You're my girl." Y/N says before continuing the kiss...
