Everyone was waiting for the game to start.
This was supposed to be a legendary match between Slytherin and Ravenclaw. The halls were buzzing, students and professors were secretly placing bets on who'd win and who'd catch the Golden Snitch. Excitement was taking over the school as the audience gathered to find a good place up in the high stands.
Saskia, making her way to the field, was walking the quiet hall alone before someone pulled her hand, making the girl turn back. She saw Draco, he was huffing and puffing from running to catch up to her.
"Saskia," he said, trying to catch his breath. "I've been looking for you. You weren't in the stands with Aurelia."
"Oh," Saskia was quite surprised to see him. "Yeah, I'm making my way there now. She's saving us seats... Shouldn't you be on the field already?"
Draco, still holding her hand, was finally able to calm his pulse, facing her directly. "Don't mind all that. Look, I have something for you."
"For me?"
"Yes," he smirked, pulling out a large green Quidditch team hoodie with Draco's team number on the front and a large snake symbol on the back.
"Draco," the girl's eyes went wide.
"I want you to wear it," he interrupted any sentence she may have wanted to say. "Please," his eyes looked genuine. "You must wear it."
"Hmm," she gave him a teasing smile. "And if I don't?"
"If you don't," his eyes gleamed. "I'll make sure to give you hell later on."
"Hmm," she kept up the facade, tapping her chin with her finger as if deep in thought. "You aren't selling in enough to me."
"You need me to get more desperate?" he asked, a chuckle escaping.
"Yes," Saskia stated bluntly, to which the boy's face dropped. Draco thought for a moment, contemplating what to do before he slowly got on his knees, lifting the green hoodie over his head towards the girl.
"Saskia Petrova," he spoke with gravity. "Will you please do me the honour of wearing my Slytherin Quidditch team hoodie to the game?"
"Hmm..."
"I won't be able to play if you do not wear it," Draco emphasized.
And so finally, Saskia, the smile on her face growing larger, took the hoodie from him, nodding. "Yes," she answered. "I will do you the honour of wearing this hoodie, seeing as you are filled with such anguish and distress."
"Thank you," he got up from his knees before quickly pulling the girl in, his lips finding hers in an instant. The moment he kissed her, all thoughts melted away. His lips were soft like always, his breath minty fresh, and Saskia couldn't get enough of that feeling.
"I have to go," he whispered, reluctantly pulling away. "I don't want to, I'd rather just do this with you."
"Go, Draco!" she began to push him in the direction of the door. "GO! I'm sure your team is waiting for you. I'll be cheering you on in the stands."
"Alright," Draco sighed before turning his back to her to run to the field, yelling as he ran, "WEAR THAT HOODIE!"
"I WILL!" Saskia yelled back, hugging the piece of clothing close to her chest.
The Quidditch pitch buzzed with excitement as Slytherin and Ravenclaw took their positions for the highly anticipated match. The stands were packed with students, each house cheering fervently for their team. Flint, the Slytherin captain, barked last-minute orders to his team, his eyes blazing with determination. Opposite him, Cho Chang, Ravenclaw's captain, exuded calm confidence as she led her team into position.
