The Royale Maid

istg imma gonna get an actual seizure just from re-reading all this shi lmao. Btw like if ur wondering abt why can't I "just quickly re-edit this to become more readable and tolerable"? yea ur right but my laziness is already putting me at gun-point like even copying and pasting paragraphs r unbearable for me sooo womp womp (???) 

Remember when I said, that the outside world is big, dreamy, and free, blah blah? Well, this is the dark territory from the Dark Castle, so clearly, the Big wide world, is a big no-man's land with the only shine is the glittering moon. 

Ugh, how can you even see from this much light!? 

As I went further, I noticed few maids also finding their way around, but scared instead like a punishment. I also heard someone crying from the distance probably scared of this torture. 

Gosh, I'm so stupid. Before, my whole life, I wanted to be free, or at least be outside for a long time. Good job making a decision Miko. 

After a brief closure to at least ten long minutes, I still didn't find any. I wondered if the Headmaster would want us to DIE. 

After a moment, I heard crying in the distance but realized I saw the nearest to the distance of the castle. Mrs. Clous staring at us, seeing us suffering. 

*Strong Light Beaming* 

That light from last night! I looked at the direction where the light is at. And it leads Outside...outside of the Dark Castle, through the neutral zone of what is called Royale SnowHill. (edit: I should probably clarified this in the beginning byt your gonna be see the "Royale SnowHill'"repetition A LOT; soo srry if this annoys u in advice <3)

I looked around to see the maids that are closer to me to see this reaction, but they didn't. Some were crying, some that were a little far, coughing and wheezing, but the ones right next to me, seems like they're about to give their lives up on the spot. 

The maids next to me didn't even notice the beam of light beaming from the out territory, or the light never existed. 

But how? 

I looked and found a maid, who was at least a bit normal, Anne, and walked up to her. 

"Um, Anne, do you see that light over there?", I pointed to the direction where the light source is passed. But she gave me a confused look. 

"Um Miko, I don't see anything", I knew it! 

"So don't even think about whatever your imaginations are at, just don't even dare", Anne gave me a cold shoulder. 

I scoffed, " I wasn't planning to, for your information", but honestly, right?  

She gave me a defeated look and stared at her boots for a moment. 

No, I wasn't planning to be rude to her. 

"Anne, I sorry-"

 *Coughs Violently* 

I looked at Anne and as she was going to faint. 

"ANNE, NO!!!", I screamed. 

But I'm sure no one even noticed. I grabbed her and gently placed her on the dirt surface. 

"Anne...please don't-", 

"Light", Anne whispered. "Light". 

"Anne I don't get it, what do you mean?", I sounded impatiently scared. Is it something dangerous lurking up? 

"Not me, you", she whispered but kept her mouth shut and dimmed her blue eyes from the ultraviolet beams. 

Before I could scream of asked many questions, she finally answered while closing her eyes, 

"Go, go to that light that I can't see, followed it till your feet sudden stop. And go inside of what's lurking for you. It'll be inside waiting for you. Go now, go escape the torture that kept you", Anne giving the faintest whisper of speech that I can only hear. 

But I didn't know those were her last. 

She still closes her eyes but gave one last breath. 

"ANNE NO!!!", I screamed. 

"Anne, I'm so sorry for everything I've done, but please, please don't leave me this one last time", I whimpered. 

But it's too late. 

"Anne?...", I toned light my voice, but like I said, 'It's too late'.
