Y/N KNEW SHE WAS GAY FROM THE MOMENT SHE UNDERSTOOD WHAT ATTRACTION WAS.

She had her share of relationships with women, and they were always amazing, but there was one constant in her life: Jace. Jace was her best friend since elementary school. Jace was an example of charm. Even though he always had a line of girls ready to drop their panties for him, Y/N never saw him as more than a friend.

Jace, on the other hand, believed that Y/N's sexuality was something he could change. He was convinced that if she just gave him a chance, he could make her "see the light." It was a ridiculous belief, but Jace was persistent.

It was a humid day in July, and Y/N found herself at Jace's house, as usual. They were chilling in his room, the AC blasting. Y/N was sprawled out on Jace's bed, scrolling through her phone while he played some game on his PC.

"Yo, Y/N, you tryna grab some food later?" Jace asked, eyes still glued to the screen.

"Nah, I'm good. I'm meeting Tasha in a bit," Y/N replied, not looking up from her phone.
