The End That Never Came

Chapter 8 New Faces and Meeting Familiar Faces

*Nave and Charlie's POV*
When Nave went closer to the noise it stopped in front of a room that's in front of a boiler room and besides the toilet when he went to open the door he heard a voice “Nave?” when he turned around he had seen Charlie with a concerned look upon her face she then explained how he isn't answering her so she followed him till now Nave having not an honest idea on what had happened then told her that he had heard someone or something calling his name to this room and so he was going to investigate it when he said that the door opened inviting the two in. they were sceptical at first but they entered the room but when they entered Five creatures appeared the two that stood out to Nave was the 2 Serpents he had seen at the house, the others were quite interesting there sat at the table were 2 empty seat with Nave and Charlies then a person then asked to “take a seat we were just having a spot of tea my friends.” The two looked at eachother and had taken seats without moving their legs. They sat at the table were a cat with a wide grin on its face, an assassin from France, a creature with tentacles for legs and a Jester with a split face when they had looked around the place the cat then asked “tell me how did you encounter the Serpent twins…Nave Marston.” Nave, shocked that the small creature had spoking so replied with “I don’t know what you're talking about. Who are these…oh those serpents? I met them in my “dreams”.” The entities were shocked to hear that murmured among themselves. 

*Nave, Charlie's, and The Other Group POV*
Throughout the murmuring the jester asked “who is this lovely girl you got here…must be his girlfriend…cant be he is to ugly to pull that ahahaha wait or is it the other way around ahahaha.” replying and laughing to himself after he said that charlie replied with whilst holding a knife pointed at the Jester ''what does the cat have your tongue or you have nothing else to say to me.” the jester who was sitting near Nave then replied with “eh your not worth my time…Chicken Girl.” and Nave replied within a rage “Chicken Girl…how about you say it her face in confidence you limp noodle.” after he said that the jester had grabbed Nave by the collar and had gone from white to grey and a dark grey to red with his mouth opening wide as to try to eat him the next thing you know the assassin spoke up “ça suffit Gary, nous ne voulons pas les tuer, nous sommes là pour leur parler. Sorry about my friend, he can lose control of his anger sometimes.”  then replied with “ceart gu leòr às deidh dhut a bhith deiseil le rud sam bith a tha thu a’ dèanamh tha cùisean pearsanta againn airson bruidhinn air… tha mi a’ ciallachadh gur e sin as coireach gun do ghairm mi a’ choinneamh seo.” Everyone calmed down and took their respective seats but charlie was confused on how they were able to understand him. 

(note- for those that dont know what he said this is what Iain said "okay after you're done with whatever you're doing we have personal matters to speak of…i mean that's why i called this meeting" there you go a little bit of Scottish Gaelic.)

*Joseph and Mullac's POV*

*Everyone POV*
Mullac and Joseph entered the room wondering what they were doing “Nave, Charlie what are you doing…” They then froze and wondered why a Jester, Cat, Assassin, a creature with tenticales for legs and two serpents were in the same room as Nave and Charlie. The next thing you know the jester got up quick and was met with everyone pointing their weapons at one another the creature with tentecales for legs then spoke in a language that sounded like scottish gaelic "socair a h-uile duine chan eil sinn ag iarraidh dòrtadh fala tuilleadh.” Nave knowing some scottish garlic replied with “everyone calm down we don't want anymore bloodshed.” the people around them putted down their weapons then Nave looked at the group and asked “can all you leave me and Iain need to speak alone.” the group nodded and left the room without charlie telling him “be safe.” then kissing him on the cheek then the other people left to keep an eye on the group after being ordered by Iain but the serpents got told to keep an eye on the world to see if the enemy’s were getting closer.

*Note- Daggers mean giving a dirty look so when somebody is saying that person is giving you daggers they mean that they are giving you dirty looks*

*Nave's Group and The Others POV*
They were discussing about what they were dreaming on doing whilst that was happening Mullac was staring at the door then when Joseph and Charlie looked they had seen the French Assassin, the Cat who turned into a fancy Danish man from the 1600's and Gary the Jester at the door observing them "what are you doing young ones." asked the cat now human whilst smiling "just talking...nothing bad and who are you calling young ones." replied Joseph standing up and asked "and what are you oldies doing better not to be wanting to murder us when Nave and Tentacles are speaking to one another." when he said that the assassin replied with "course not besides you wouldnt understand what they are speaking about tu t'essuies le cul." Joseph, knowing French punched him in the gut and the assassin retaliated by punching him in the face therefore caused a fight between them the others tried to separate them but wound up getting hurt and caused a big fight when this was happening Nave grabbed Iain to see what was going on and got both parties to stop fighting by shooting the ceiling with the smith and wesson and asked "what the fuck is going on here...we left you lot for 10 minutes and you couldn't handle that." the parties got off from each other and gave each other daggers when separating from them.

*Nates Group POV*
Nave and his group left the old house and told the others ''we need to take a trip separately. Me and Charlie go to Edinburgh and you and Joseph go to Fife. From there we will meet at Queensferry." the others were confused so Mullac asked "Why? What are you planning for Nave?" to which nave replied with "Something that will be discussed but for the meantime follow the instructions i give you." in which Mullac agreed and got Joseph to follow him to Fife when Charlie asked "what are you planning Mr Marston?" from where Nave replied "a fight between me and the enemy." Charlie was wondering what he meant by that, but kept quiet.

*Group POV*
When they started to ride to Edinburgh they never spoke to one another but Nave was different instead of his worried self it was replaced with a numb version something that was not normal for her, when they arrived to the location giving to them they started looking the object they seek when it was found in the cellar of the Voodoo rooms after that they started to head to Queensferry where Mullac and Joseph were found injured.

Mullac tried saying what happened but couldn't get his words out so Charlie tried calming him down but was met with a shot from an unknown shooter Joseph who putted something to stop the bleeding and signalled to Nave who turned around he seen the shooter he was shocked to see Sebastian Lorinchick right infront of them. Charlie confused on who the person is looked at Nave in confusion until another shot was fired this time from another person when they look around they seen them Elise Van Der Linde standing with Arthur Marston on his knees. Nave looked up and seen his father being held at gun point then she spoke "Well done...Marston...Well done you followed everything according to plan." Nave confused looked at the group in confusion and then asked "What plan??? What are you talking about???" there was no reply from either one. Sebastian then looked back towards Elise nodding as soon he done that a shot was fired..."what have you done?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?" yelled Arthur Marston.
