I walked through the halls of Auradon Prep and noticed my boyfriend and my brother talking with Audrey who I didn't like, im pretty sure she is just dating my brother cause that would mean she would be queen.
I smiled and walked over to them standing beside Chad, and he instinctively put an arm around my shoulder.
My smile faltered for a second but I replaced it with a fake smile.
"Hey sis having a good day," Ben asked me and I smiled at him.
"Yeah, it was good i just miss you being in my classes now that you too busy doing king stuff." I winked at him and he chuckled and so did I.
Audrey looked at me and smiled."hey Lexi." she presented herself in our conversation.
"Hey Audrey," I said sarcastically but she didn't notice
"Wanna hang out later in my room so we can spill some tea?" she asked and I smiled knowing my brother wanted me to get along better with her since she would be my sister-in-law in the future ben was more than happy for Chad to be his brother in law but I wasn't happy to marry him, everything had been planned out for the two of us since we were kids.
"Yeah sure it'll be fun," I said and after I and Audrey stayed in silence for a bit Ben cleared his throat.
"Um Lexi can I talk to you," he said nervously and I raised an eyebrow cautiously hes never nervous around me cause he is my brother and can trust me with anything.
"Yeah, sure." I said and kissed Chad's cheek before I left with my brother."what's wrong?" I asked knowing something was bothering him twin instinct I guess. Yes, me and ben are twins but he was born first so he gets to become king of Auradon while I get to marry Chad and replace Cinderella once she is too old to look after the kingdom.
"Nothing...I just wanted to tell you my first proclamation I want to tell Mom and Dad," he said and my eyes widened in excitement.
"Okay then tell me don't get why you are so nervous anything you do will affect the kingdom in a good way you are going to be a great king," I said smiling and putting my hand on his shoulder and he smiled down at me.
"I want to give the children on the isle a chance to live here in Auradon with us," he said and my jaw dropped in shock and excitement me and my brother have always felt bad for the kids of the villains but my dad would never allow it and ben isn't king yet.
"When are you going to tell them?" I asked him and he scratched the back of his neck but looked beyond me for a second and looked behind me at something or someone.
I turned around and saw Audrey and Chad talking and laughing together, me and chad have never been that close to be honest I feel like Audrey would be a better queen than me, im not fit for the role of queen or even princess.
"I don't know when to tell them but better yet are you excited about the ball in a month for our sixteenth birthday?" he asked me I smiled but it quickly faded and he frowned."whats wrong are you not excited?" he asked and I shook my head.
"It's not that im not excited it's just not my place..." I paused."the dancing, the music the, gowns, just everything seems like so much, and we don't even turn sixteen until like a week after." I said and he shrugged.
"I know I was maybe planning on telling them like the day after our birthday when I have my fittings for the coronation," he said and I noticed he was referring to the villain kids and I smiled excitedly again.
"Who have you chosen or have you chosen yet?" I asked him and he smiled at me.
"I was thinking we could start small, bring four, the ones that need our help most, I was hoping you could help me get some files together about some of them," he said and I smiled excitedly and I hugged him.
"I would love to help," I said and he smiled down at me and hugged me back.
"I was also hoping maybe I could choose two and you could choose two make it fair," he said and I smiled again screaming everyone started to look at me but ignored it, it was occasional that I was screaming in excitement, i was a very excitable person.
"Thank you, I love you so much." I squealed and he laughed.
"Hey Lexi do you wanna go to my room now?" Audrey asked walking over to us but Chad wasn't at her side like normal.
Yeah sure, let me stop by my room to change into something more... comfortable." I said looking down at my outfit.
"Okay just meet me at my dorm," she said and I nodded heading to my private room which I had by myself since I was a princess and the daughter of Adam and Belle and bens twin sister, Audrey also had a room to herself since she was a princess and one of the most famous ones too.
"Okay see you later," I said giving my brother a side hug, Audrey pulled me into a hug before I left which out of respect I returned.
I walked to my dorm and smiled at the yellow room, it was my and my mother's favorite color other than blue which is our second favorite and my dad's favorite color.

I got dressed into some pajamas and exited my dorm shortly after with a bag of cookies I made last night in my hand.
