I couldn't stop smiling after what happened with Omar a week ago we had made it official and I felt like I was on top of the world I started taking my pills normally and seeing my therapist every week

My family and I is also planning on visiting the Maldives for Spring break I'm excited I've never been there before surprisingly we travel all the time for the holidays "Hi sweets" Omar greeted me pulling me into an empty classroom

"Hi" I smiled placing a kiss on his lips "What are your plans for spring break?" He asked hands on my waist "I'm going to the Maldives with my family" I replied I felt him tense up but he still had a smile on his face "That's great" He said

"What about you?" I asked "I spent every year with Dora and her family my parents are just so busy" He said quickly "Why don't you come with us then?" I suggested "I wouldn't wanna invade anyone's privacy" He said and I sighed

"I'm inviting you as my boyfriend not my tutor or my friend" I said "Talk to your parents first" He said and I nodded the bell rang and I headed to class not before kissing my boyfriend goodbye

My stomach doing backflips "What's got you in such a good mode?" Sage asked as I sat down next to him in Physics "Oh nothing you'll see" I said classes dragged through out the whole day I was so happy when school ended

Walking over to my car I spotted Omar with his friends I debated on going over and just smashing my lips onto his so Pandora would keep her hands to herself but I didn't I needed to trust him getting into my car

I drove out of the parking lot and headed home taking a shower I changed into a t-shirt and knee length shorts making my way over to my parents bedroom I knocked on the door "Come in" My dad said I walked in and sat legs crossed on the bed facing them

"Can Omar come with us on the trip to the Maldives?" I asked and they both looked up at him "Why?" My mom asked a smile tugged onto my lips and I bit my lip to stop it "He's my boyfriend" I said looking down I wasn't sure how they'd react "Sure he can come but no hanky panky" My dad said and my mom nodded

I jumped up and hugged them tightly "Thank you thank you thank you" I said and ran out of the room to call Omar and tell him I searched through my contacts and pressed the call button

-Hi they approved of you coming

-Really? That's great news

-I also told them your my boyfriend

-I told my parents too

-How did they react?

-They didn't even care they probably didn't hear me correctly

-Hm my parents are okay with it

-What are you up to?

-Homework and you?

-Going to take a shower

-Am I interrupting your shower?

-If only you were actually here

-I'll leave you to shower then bye

I ended the call and actually began doing my homework soon after my brothers busted through my room "Your dating Omar?!" Tatum said loudly "Word travels fast" I mumbled "How long have you been dating?" Matues asked "Only a week" I said

"A WEEK?!" They all shouted and I whined at the nosie " Too loud it's not a big deal" I said trying to change the subject "We're happy for you that's all" Asher said "We can't wait to officially meet him" Mateo said I rolled my eyes and shoved them out of my room to finish my homework

After an hour I was finished my alarm going off letting me know it was time to take my meds I went downstairs and got a glass of water taking my pills dinner was made but I didn't have an appetite to eat anything it's sometimes caused by the meds

"Pollooooo" Giuliana called my name walking into the kitchen holding a math textbook "Need help?" I asked and she nodded we went to the study room and I sat down explaining some questions to her that she didn't understand

We finished at 7:30 and I went to take another shower looking at my scars in the mirror they started to fade and instead leave a small line across my wrist stepping into the shoulder I turned on the water letting it run down my skin

20 minutes later I finished my shower and changed into my pajamas laying on my bed my phone started to ring I checked the caller ID (Omar🤍) answering the phone

-Hey do you wanna go for ice cream?

-Right now?

-Yeah I'll come pick you up

-Can I go in my pajamas?

-Sure I'm wearing mine as well

-Okay I'll be waiting

-I'm on my way

Omar hung up the phone and I searched for my slippers finally finding it under my bed 10 minutes later Jane came into my room "Oh Pollo your boyfriend's hereee" She said with a smile on her face I flicked her forehead and walked downstairs to the main entrance Omar standing at the door

"Hi" I said kissing his lips softly "Hi sweets" I smiled and went to inform my parents I'll be out getting into Omar's Mercedes Benz he drove us to this small and cozy looking ice cream shop
Walking inside the smell of different ice cream flavors in my nose

I asked for cookies and cream and Omar asked for Chocolate he payed for us and we sat in a cozy booth next to a window "This place is very cute" I said smiling at Omar his eyes sparkling "It is" Omar responded "Are you okay?" I asked and he nodded but I knew it was a lie

"What's wrong?" I asked but he shrugged me off sighing deeply I decided to let it go he obviously isn't going to tell me he took me back home after we finished eating the ice cream and I decided to just go to bed

That was like a little date I guess Iiked it and I hoped he did too going to bed with a smile on my face
