Double Trouble

chapter 3

Lucas's POV:
Once the girls nod they group up planing something. The irony with that is they don't want us to know what is going on but the three sets of twins always will know what is happening to the other. Ginny is the one who can sing the fastest or rap that we know of so the other girls get ready to dance to this song. In the middle of the song Lexi takes center stage. She does all the flips and tricks that go with the song. Then the girls all group back together and dance. The Marauder's daughters are doing the flips and minor tricks along the rest of the song. When they finish they so a group bow and walk upstairs. "Hey Sirius where is Lexi sleeping?" Harry asks watching his sisters retreating back. "Either with you or the girls. I would talk to her and let her choose." He replies grinning. "Couldn't she just do what we do? We all sleep in the big room on the 4th floor. And now Harry won't be lonely because we sleep brother sister." I say as Harry tries to punch me jokingly for the last bit.

"That is fine with me but once again ask Lexi first. I have known her for two days and I can tell she has Lily's attitude and she can go from happy to furious in about .01 seconds so be careful." The guys and I glance at each other and race upstairs. We stop right outside Ginny's door when she is here and hear Maralyn Manson. We glance at each other and barge into the room. "What the hell! You could have knocked first! We could have been changing!" The girls yell in unison. The guys and I back out if the room but the girls follow glaring at us. We hurry down the stairs and the girls follow us. "Oh shit we are screwed." We chorus before running back where the parents are with the Weasley boys. "Dad/Remus/Sirius! Please help us! The girls are going to murder someone and we think it will be us!" We shout as the girls appear in the doorway looking beyond mad. "What did you three do?!?" Sirius and Remus asks together trying to ignore the girls death glares.

"We walked into their room without knocking and some were changing their shirts." We chorus again hanging our heads. Fred and George start to laugh and the girls glare at them. They freeze and cower back from the girls. "That is worse than the Weasley glare!" They gasp looking terrified. "Dad they look like those pictures of Lilly and her posse of girls you showed us." I whisper making my dad and Sirius look up at the girls. Their eyes grow wide and they freeze. Sirius is the first one to regain speech. "Excuse me while I go die in a hole." He says shrinking away from the girls. The girls all humph and flip their hair over their shoulder before walking off.

Sirius's POV:
"That was extremely creepy." I say quietly as we watch the girls walk off. "Well they really are like their mothers aren't they." Remus responds smiling at his daughters retreating back. "You know you just got your other halves mad at you guys right?" The Weasley twins ask together. The Marauders sons look horrified and ashamed all at once. I clap my son and godson on the shoulder in a comforting manor. The Marauders daughters skip back in the room then. They walk up to their respective brother and give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek before skipping out again. "Sarah you forgot me." I exclaim after her. The only response we here is the three girls laughing.

I pout as Remus, the Marauders sons, and the Weasley sons all laugh at me. The girls walk back in and motion to their brothers. They follow looking slightly warry but once they are all in the hall we hear them erupt into laughter. We hear them walk upstairs and one person walk downstairs. Soon Ginny appears in the doorway. "Sorry Sirius but we have to go. We leave for Egypt really early tomorrow morning." Molly says as her daughter walks over to her. I nod and say goodbye as I watch them all leave through the floo network. "Remus are you staying here again?" I ask once they all leave. "Padfoot where else would I go? I am teaching the kids this year and I want to get to know little Lexi just as much as you do." He replies scoffing. We then walk back upstairs looking for the kids. We open the door to the boys room and see everyone in there just lounging around. "Hermione do we need to take you home?" Remus asks politely as I walk in the room and sit in between my daughter and Lexi.

She nods and gathers her stuff as Remus waits at the door. "Girls I am leaving you three in charge. Don't let Sirius burn down the house." He says as I look offended. Harry laughs and his sister stands up and walks over to him. He kisses the top of her head and she sighs leaning into him in a hug. I smile at them and watch how they act around each other. Remus leaves and the kids go back to doing what they were doing. Lexi turns in her iPod and we hear some of her favorite music. The first song to appear is Beautiful Now by Zedd. She picks up her book and leans on her brothers knees just like last night. Becca and Sarah are shifting through Lexi's bag to see if she is their size and what clothes she does have. "Alexa you really need to go shopping!" They chorus. "Oh yea with my invisible money that is taken every were." She says sarcasticly. "I'm sorry but trying to stay alive costs more and is better that wasting money on pointless clothes." The boys laugh at the statement and I am impressed. I have never heard a girl say that clothes were pointless.

Harry's POV:
I watch my sister interact and notice she is extremely guarded even around us. I nudge her with my toe and wait for her to turn around. 'You okay?' I ask in my head(using the apostrophes is how I will show they are using the twin telepathy). She shakes her head and sighs quietly. 'What's up?' 'Well all this is new. I feel like I am making everything uncomfortable and I am uncomfortable.' 'Why?' 'Well I am used to being alone so I don't really know how to interact with people and it is all new and overwhelming to suddenly have a bunch of people who care about you and would basicly die for you.' 'Well what do you need?' 'Time. I know that is kind of a stupid answer but I just need time and space. I am just finding out about my powers like the ones I can do without a wand and everything like showing people what I am thinking.'

'That isn't a stupid answer. And I know how you feel. I was the odd one out when I first went to Hogwarts in my first year.' 'Really what happened?' 'Well I was uncomfortable and quiet. When I was talked to I would blush like crazy.' 'So you were shy?' 'Yeah pretty much.' 'I am also really nervous about Hogwarts. Since I am three years behind you all on magic I am worried that I will look stupid.' 'Trust me Ron couldn't do first year magic till last year. I have also noticed that you grasp things quickly which is why you are uncomfortable now. You were so used to being alone it became like second nature to you.' 'I could always think of this as a dance routine. And work at it one step at a time. Like we are doing with my meal portions.' 'Perfect.' "Hey can you two actually speak? You have been silent for the last 20 minutes and Remus says dinner is ready." Lucas says laughing slightly. Lexi laughs and jumps on his back for a piggy back ride onto the landing. I follow and watch as she rides down the banister touching down lightly on the first floor.
