Twisted Disney #7 - Frozen

Sven rushed down the mountain with Kristoff and Anna on his back. Olaf separated from them, going into the town. Sven ran to the doors of the palace. Kristoff hopped off with Anna in his arms. He ran up to the doors and pounded his fists against them.

"Yes?" a maid asked when she opened the door. She gasped when she saw Anna in Kristoff's arms. "She is as cold as ice," she said with a confused face. Kristoff nodded. He motioned a guard over and put Anna in his arms.

"She got struck by Queen Elsa's ice powers. You need to get her to Prince Hans immediately. She needs true love's kiss," he said. The maid nodded and pulled the guard with her as she ran into the palace. The doors slammed closed and locked Kristoff outside.

The maid quickly escorted the guard to a library where Prince Hans was located. He ran over as Anna was placed on a sofa. He put a hand on Anna's forehead and gasped at the coolness of it. He thanked the maid as she and the others walked out of the room.

"Anna, what happened?" he asked. She looked up at him with weak eyes. She put a hand up around his head and brought him down closer to him. His concerned eyes stared into hers.

"Elsa. . . Elsa struck my with. . . her powers," she quickly explained. Hans gasped and opened his mouth to say something but she stopped him. "The only way to fix it is. . . is true love's kiss," she said. Hans nodded and moved down to her.

He put his lips on hers and they enjoyed a passionate kiss together. When Hans pulled back, Anna's eyes were closed. He felt her forehead and it was still cool. He leaned forward, his elbows on his knees and ran his hands through his hair.

Why hadn't it worked? He asked himself. He loved her and was pretty sure that she felt the same. Had they made a mistake?

A hand moved to his shoulder and caused him to look over at Anna. Her eyes were open and she had a smile on her face. Her hair had returned to its normal color and even the white streak was gone. He laid a hand on her forehead and this time her skin was full of warmth.

"Anna. . . You're okay," he said with a smile. She smiled and nodded. She sat up and wrapped her arms around him. He hugged her back.

"I love you, Hans," she says. He smiled down at her.

"I love you, too," he replies. The sound of dripping water caused their attention to be moved to the window. They gave one another confused faces and stood up. Together, they walked over to the window.

When they looked down, smiles covered both of their faces. The snow had began melting. The windows were now transparent since frost was no longer covering the surface. The sea began to thaw and the boats all began to move.

"It's.. ." Anna started. Hans and Anna looked at one another.

"Melting," Hans finished for her. She nodded. "But why?" she wondered aloud. Anna looked out the window for a few more minutes, pondering an explanation.

"True love thaws. . ." she said after several minutes. Hans looked at her and gave her a questioning look. "True love thaws! Since we thawed part of Elsa's destruction-her ice freezing my heart-we thawed it all. We saved Arendale!" she explained. Hans smiled.

"We did!" he said as he gave her another hug.

In order to save her life, Elsa had to give up the throne and -as silly as it may seem-give Hans and Anna permission for their marriage. This decision was made mostly by the people, although a big portion of it was Anna's decision. Many of their people wanted for Elsa to be killed; for the monster to be removed from Earth.

Anna was quick to change their minds. She reminded them all how safe they felt before Elsa's power had been a secret. All but a handful were convinced by Anna and their final decision was formed.

A month after Arendale had been thawed, Anna and Hans got married. Anna turned out to be the prettiest bride. She looked angelic in her white dress and veil. Hans and Anna lived out their years together happily. They ruled their country with wisdom and everyone was happy. They had two children: one boy and one girl.

Their oldest child, the boy, had magical powers. He possessed the same powers as his aunt. This time, the family chose not to keep it a secret. They shared it with the people of Arendale and he was able to use his powers for good. Elsa helped him learn to control her powers and as she did so she learned to better control her own.

Kristoff and Sven were often invited to the palace. He and Anna maintained a close relationship. He got along with their children well and was even deemed the title of Uncle.

What the royal family didn't realize, though, was that Kristoff was not happy. He never allowed them to see it because there was nothing that could be done about it. He was in love with Anna, but she was married and had children. He could never expect her to give that up for her.

Kristoff ended up alone. He never married or had kids. His only family was Sven and the trolls. They were the only ones who realized that he wanted more. They were the ones who saw the sadness that coated his eyes.

As the country thawed, Olaf began melting. Elsa granted him his own personal flurry and he was invited to live at the palace. When Anna gave birth, he became the children's best friend and served as a pet which he did well at.

Frozen belongs to the Walt Disney Company, not me.
