Chapter -02

The abandonment 💔

In an alternate universe
In dwapara yuga-

We can see a young maiden crying and keeping a newly born baby in a beautiful basket filled with the rare blue lotus flowers.

Kunthi(also called as Pritha) : I'm sorry my son. I can't keep you with me. The society will call you illegitimate. Forgive this mother of yours. She said while touching her son's legs towards her forehead.

If you don't know kunthi is shri krishna's biological father's sister. But she was later adopted by the king of Kunthiboja kingdom. So she's basically paternal aunt of Lord Krishna.

Harsha immediately started crying not because his own mother rejected him and is going to abandon him but because he's feeling her pain. Her tears are making him cry louder.

Kunthi : putr please don't cry. I won't be able to leave you if you cry this much.
(She said hugging him. But still he started crying hysterically. So she thought he was hungry. She was about to feed him.)

Priyamvada : No princess. It's time we have to go. You already took 1 year permission from your father and came to forest to deliver him. Now don't waste your time on this sin.

Kunthi : Priyamvada, remember your place. Don't you dare call my son a sin. He is my happiness. Until there is life in my body I will pray for your well being putr. Don't worry putr. Here drink some milk.
(She started breastfeeding him while caressing his hair lovingly. She don't want to leave her little bundle of joy in the vigorous tides of Ganga. But she don't have any option.)

With a heavy heart she lulled him to sleep after feeding and put him back in the basket.

She broke into sobs she just want to drown herself in the Majestic tides of ganga. The basket started flowing away from her. She can't handle this pain anymore.

She took out a knife from her waist and cutted her palm and throw her blood in the river and said.

Kunthi : Hey bolenath, oh karunakar if I ever worshipped you selflessly please let my son have everything in his life. It's a plee from a broken mother. Accept this one request my Lord.
(She said while falling on her knees and folding her hands begging the Almighty. Her eyes turned red due to vigorous crying.... )

There is a saying in Hinduism texts that says that a mother's plee has more power than the 1000 yagnas.

The Almighty heard her and gladly accepted her plee.

"Thathastu"

The mighty princess of kunthibhoja heard the blessing and wiped her tears and thanked the gods above for the blessing.

In suryaloka-

Suryadev : (The suryanarayan was worried for his son. But hearing Kunthi's plee he became happy. Atleast she cared and truly loved him.)

Suddenly out of nowhere two Divine beings emerged out of the air. He payed respect to them as they were the Almighty's.

Vishnu : wah! Suryadev what's reason of your everlasting smile.

Suryadev : Prabhu you know everything. Ther's nothing hidden from you. Tell me the reason of your arrival and please order me if there's any work for me.

Shiva : Nothing suryadev. You just have to take your mortal son to the foot of mahendragiri parvat and leave him near kaveri river.

Suryadev : But why prabhu?

Vishnu : The destiny's gonna change suryadev. And your son's playing a huge role in the change.

Suryadev : Whatever the order is. It'll be followed. (He did pranam and disappeared as he is excited to meet his son.)

In Mahendragiri parvat-

An old sage is seen meditating on a rock made seat. His grey hairs are the symbol of his experience. But his body is still buff and muscular like a young man. His Vishnu Tilak is giving away his identity as the Lord parashurama. He opened his eyes as it's time of sunrise.

Just then he saw his wife coming out of the hut with a pot in her hands. He smiled at her and took one pot from her hands and followed her to the river downhill.

After completing the surya pujan and filling the pots they were about to leave the riverside.

But suddenly they heard a baby's shrill crying voice.

Lord parashurama who thought it's some asur who's gonna attack them, immediately summoned his parshu while the sky started thundering.

Suryadev : Bhagwan please don't attack my son. (He said while showing them the baby in his arms.)

Parshuram : What are you doing here suryadev. And who's this infant.
(The Lord roared while his eyes still red signifying his anger.)

Suryadev explained the whole story and told them about the order of the Almighty's.

While all this is happening our Harsha was forwarding his hands towards mata dharini as if he wanted to go to her. He's making some gibberish sounds. Which is looking damn cute to dharini.

Dharini : Suryadev can I hold him. (She said while caressing his hairs making the toddler to giggle.)

___After sometime___

Parshuram :(He sighed the nth time today as he don't know what to do. According to suryadev, Mahadev ordered him to leave a newly born infant near mahendra parvat.)

Suryadev : I think this is what destiny wants Bhagwan. I would be so happy if you adopt my son.
(He said looking at mata dharani who had forgotten about outer world and was busy playing with the infant.)

Lord parshurama looked at his wife who's smiling at the child. Her giggles are making it hard to say no to the offer of suryadev.

Parashuram : you can go now suryadev. We will take care of him.

Okay now this is damn cute. Don't you guys think what mischievous things Harsha going to do in future?
